I will be going on leave tomorrow for a week. It is now exam time and I want all of my attention to be focused on those so I can actually pass with good grades in my classes. Art, I leave you in charge. Basically, things should run the same , and if they don't let me know.
I want everyone to get working on those competitions and I better see some kind of results when I come back. Until next thrusday. -----------------------

Alright, it is about time we all pitched in and actually did something in this squadron. So the party is now over and work is about to begin.
Each week while I am still in charge of Kaph (I hope aftering talking to Sk8 he continues this system), there will be a list of things that the squad needs to complete for the next week. This will give everyone a clear idea of what eneds to be done that week and we will able to get things done as a squadron. Now tomorrow in your reports you will need to tell me what you would like to work on for the next week. After I get all the reports I willr ead and post a list of what each person is doing so we all know where we stand in this squadron. Therefore I should actually be receiving reports this week because if I dont that tells me you do not even bother to check the comnet anymore.
So, I figured the website is the first thing we can spruce up and finish. BEsides, I believe Corran needs a bit of a hand with it (if you dont then just enjoy the help :P).
The following I would like to see done this week:
1. All members by next friday should do a small write up on their character, homeplanet, characteristics, etc. Essentially things that would be helpful to know in building a profile on each Kaph member to help us with our stories. At one point I would like all of you to write a biography on your character but a very simplistic history will be fine for next week, good bios take time and care to write.
2. The website needs graphics, good graphics. Therefore all you people with adobe or whatever open them up and lets see a few coming out for the site next week.
3. Someone needs to give Corran a complete updated roster as well as everyone's id lines and medals.
4. Someone needs to design a template to use for character info and profiles so we can have one for each member of the squadron
5. We need an e-mail list, someone needs to go onto the roster, get all of the e-mail address, and create a list for us
6. VE now supports freelancer, we still need other possibilities like Warmaker and Sk8 have said so search for some more ideas.
7. Talk to Corran about other things the site may need if you desire to do something for the site other than what is listed.
8. Talk to Warmaker about his VEN uniform database and see if Kaph squad members all have their unifroms up yet. Get the links of the un iforms and send them to Corran.
9. Create an image of you character for the profiles page of the site if you so desire.
10. Story ideas...love to hear what you actually would like to write about
11. Recruiting <==INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT I will personally pay 25k ics for every new active recruit you get.
So in your reports tomorrow please tell me what you can do off of this list for next week. IF you cant tell me tomorrow then as long as I know by Sunday that would be great, I give a few extra days this time since i posted this on a thursday. Lets work together to bring this squadron towards being the best in VEN!!!

Very good Art. I'm glad to have you as my XO. Good news, mt 120 gig harddrive arrived yesterday and it is formating as we speak. I should be up tomorrow. As far as your to-do list, it is very good. I want to also mention that we have three competitions going on. One for recruitment, one for games and another for web graphics. I know some of you have submitted graphics to me, but please send them to corran. I will be losing them once I switch my harddrives. Now, I want to see reports with something constructive on them.Also, those of you that play Freelancer, give Warmaker and I a list of your favorite servers and we can go check them out. The VE needs an official server to play on. I want suggestions for stories in my inbox soon. If I don't see some activity soon, severe action will be taken.
