I love BBQing steak! A cool recipe is get some home made salsa, dump a couple of tablespoon-fulls of it into a bowl of raw eggs, mix it, scramble it, and then pour some melted Jack cheese on top.  Gets a little spicy, but adds a nice little "kick" to get you going. -----------------------
