Anyway I'll just give ya a rundown of what happens in the training faculty of the Navy.
Firstly, you get a nice welcome email from either Darkhawk or Liquid. Just do what the email says and reply to them.
With luck, you'll get their reply fast and they will send you a LONG email on the organisation structure, tips to get active etc. After reading that go to http://navy.vastempire.com/academy and do the (=A=) course.
After that, bug either RF or Darkhawk to death until they place ya into a squadron.
Hopefully this makes sense and helps.
