Ok long time coming but its here, i have made modifications to Kaph's first mission for the ESC, here we can kinda make ideas and stuff for the realy scenario, you have until July 31st to complete this, after that it shuts down and the real one begins

Well, I'm posting to say "Yes, I am here. The panic will stop. The madness will begin." I hope everyone will get active on the ESC story; I had being last in everything my squadron does on VE. Don't let this become the next Nazgul. Yes, Art, I know you and I, and Rogue, and Gravin all worked hard to get the squadron active, but what did we learn from it? Every member of a squadron had to be active, not just a few who care. If you don't care, leave. It'll make more room for people who do. Well, thats all for now. -----------------------

Gots one little question. What gaming consoles are we using? I'm only good for XvT, BoP, and JK I. My comp is too crappy to play GB online, and a friend has Rebellion for the summer (and probably the winter, too). We also need to meet more often on IRC to discuss games, and when they will be held. -----------------------

Well first id like to thank Corran for being a great CO, Kaph owes a lot to him
ok ppl
the ESC is still young, only one third complete
to this point our performance has not been TOO bad for 8 members but now it is time to show everyone your stuff
as of this time i am starting our own little competition
not only can you get rewards for doing well in the ESC from the HC but also from me
the top scorer in Kaph squadron will recieve 50k and a recommendation for a one grade promotion
as well I have many fun plans for after the ESC
right now all i ask is some participation and activity from you to show VEN that Kaph deserves to be part of it and that we c an compete with the best.

i want everyone to tell me what this want to see done differently in Kaph
thus far I have talked to Japer and he stated the following.
More gaming less stories
Some kind of Kaph gaming ladder
Frequent week competitions against otehr squads
Informal RPG in #Kaph
I think these ideas are great and I want to here anything else you ppl can think of -----------------------

Ok I hate to step on toes early but it must be done
I REALLY need your reports
there are only 2 ppl exempt from it this week
Corran and Denethor due to leaves
the rest of you I need these
I am rewarding 1k as incentive for you to do 5 minutes of work for this squad, obviously the more you do each week the more you get but for 5 min of work 1k aint bad
I also would like to see you guys on mIRC, and see some more ESC stuff
I also have had limited response to waht you guys want to see different
I know this squad is not perfect so dont settle for it

Well here is where Kaph is currently
we have occasional story posts, some MP gaming, and some graphics being designed for the ESC.
That is the good news. We can make this better by a final push in the last week of the ESC, especially since I will be on leave then and you will all have to make me proud :P
Speaking of my leave, I am leaving Friday the 23rd and will return September 1st
During that time Senior Crewman Emon will be in charge of Kaph squad.
He is also the new XO
congrats to him.
What Kaph is now lacking is more comnet postings and showing on mIRC. These thigns show to the HC that we have consistent interrest and activity and will make it easier for me to convince them you guys all need promotions :P
so anyway
keep up your good work, lets work on a few low points, and continue enjoying Kaph
