With PeaceMaker and his squad joining the RAIDERS, there would be no enemy on this tropical planet that could stop them. Shadow and D-13 were busy scouting the area in the walkers, while `TJ and `Strider aided them on speeders. Jubei_Nimiichi and the3djedi checked all of the equiptment at the base, while awaiting for the Dark Dragoons to come. It had got to be close to 30 minutes for the DD to arive, and no one was back yet. Rizzit went to the transmitter and transmitted to the squad seeing they all had transmission generators built into their equipment. "Shadow, Dee, Teej, Strider. Get back to the base as fast as you can."Rizzit said. They could see him pull out his watch. "PeaceMaker will be here in less than a half an hour, and we want to be ready to go." "Roger that."Was the response he got as his four troopers saluted him. Within minutes an Imperial Shuttle landed near the base. It was PeaceMaker and his troops. Rizzit had gone out to greet them. "You're early! Impressive!" he said with a smile. "Always make a habit of getting to places early. Is it just you and Otto here?" "No, Jubei and Jed are checking our equiptment. I just got back from our meeting with Japer." "I see. So,where are the other four?" "Well, I had them scouting around. I just asked them to be returning to base soon. Where is your squad? Home sick?" "They're in the shuttle. They are unpacking their stuff. How are we going to work this?" "You may give the orders to your squad. Just to let you know however, that I ordered mine not to bring much equipment. Just a standard rifle and a few sequencer charges will do." "What about lightsabers? Aren't you and TJ Dark Jedis?" "Yea, we bring those. But nothing else." As if to signal that they were ready. Two speeders came racing in from the east, while two walkers slowly approached from the west. They put the equipment back in the locked state, and went to meet the Dark Dragoons at their shuttle. Jed and Jubei had finished their equiptment check, and came over. Everyone in the RAIDERS was set to go. Now only if the Dark Dragoons would come out of their shuttle... OOC:Raiders, please let PeaceMaker post before any of you do. OOC: This is about my equipment check before Rizz's and PM's post. "Yessir" Jubei and Jed acknowledged. "We'll check it all out." THey went abou their duties. First Jubei checked to targeting package on the laser turrets while Jed checked out the comm equipment. Searching around, Jubei found gungan blowup that had somehow "found" its way into the cargo containers. "Gee, lookie what i found, guess thats where i left this thing, too bad Dee's not here to see this." Jubei mused to Jed, "He'd be crying tears of joy for what these turrets will do to this thing." Jubei disabled the targeting package, then placed the poor unsuspecting gungan blowup about 15 yds downrange of the guns. He loafed back to them and re-enabled the package. Immediately, 4 turrets roataed and blasted apart the blow-up gungan, dcing into an melting it into nothingness. "Now Jed, I'm gonna walk out there, if these things start to track me, hit the kill switch. I'm not in a hurry to die." "Sure thing Jub, I'll try notto 'fall asleep at the switch'" jed joked. "Dont even try me on this one." Jubei replied with a smile. Taking a deep breath, Jubei ran his butt downfiled and performed a few jukes. He truned around and say Jed giving him a thumbs up, a signal that the turrets left him alone. Jubei jogged back to Jed, and they finished cheking everything else, then their comlinks crackled. It was Rizzit telling them to report since the DD' were inbound. "Now we'll really se if these babies work eh?" Jedi said "Yeah if were lucky we may get to do this mission on our own.' Jubei jested. the two made their way back, just as the DD's were unloading their tanks. "Rizz, i thought this was supposed to be a stealth mission." Shadow glanced over at his co-pilot as he pressed the throttle foward. The AT-ST's legs leapt at the nudge, moving up and down faster and faster to keep up with the hovertanks of the Dark Dragoons in front of them. "You know, after all of this time, I still don't think this thing is entirely stable," Dee muttered under his breath. Shadow met him eye to eye. "Didn't you ever hear about the Battle of Endor? There's a reason these thigns are called 'chicken' walkers." Dee gave him a puzzled look. "No, what happened at the Battle of Endor?" Shadow laughed. "And I thought I was from a backwater planet. I think you'd be better off not knowing." The black clad trooper had caught his companion's attention now, however. "No, really? What happened?" "Well, you see ... Ewoks. You know what an Ewok is, right?" "No, not really. Is it anything like a Gungan?" Shadow laughed again. "No, not quite. Anyway, the Emperor's troops were-" Just then a loud buzz came in over the communication system, cutting Shadow off. "Sergeant? Are you there?" The swordsman hit the reply key before Dee could even blink. "We're here, Peacemaker. What's wrong, sir?" "Nothing's wrong ... yet. Our long range sensors have detected enemy mechs heading in toward Jubei and Strider. We're going to break away from you all and try to cut them off." "Couldn't you just radio them and warn them?" Dee asked. "No, there's some kind of interference. I don't think it's jamming, though; something else." "Are you sure you don't want us to tag along? This walker would be a much better mech destroyer than any of your tanks." "That's a negative," Rizzit answered. "We need you to stay with us, in case we run into anything really nasty." "We copy, Squad Leaders," Shadow replied. "We'll stay behind and cover the Raiders." "Good hunting," D-13 called. "Try not to let Jubei or Strider get roughed up too much." "Thanks," Raxen responded. His tank was the first one to leave the party and head west, but the other Dragoons were right behind.

OOC: Otto what do you mean "happy to see that Jubei was finally obeying orders" I always do As Jubei and Strider sped back into the base, Jubei almost bolted at te sight if the AT-TE. "Where the hell did that come from?" jubei asked. "I dunno, but Otto's on top of it, so i guess its ours?" Strider answered. "Well, thats quite an addition." "Jubei, Strider, you guys follow us on the bikes, but stay behind us and dont get into any fights, se your speed to your advantage ok?" Came a booming voice from inside the AT-TE. Strdier knew it must be Rizzit. Pasuing only to re-fuel their speeders, Jubei and Strider took off after the walker, and watched as it mercilessly slaughtered their enemies. Well, there goes the element of surprise Jubei thought. That thought almost cost him his life as he had to swerve violently to avoid a falling tree. He almost lost control of the bike, but fought it and brought it back online God, i hate forests... 'Yessir"

D-13 looked at Shadow. "With our stealth gone, it'll take quite a while to raid the bunker." A laser bolt rocked the walker. Shadow struggled with the controls while trying to maintain his seat. "So, these "Ewoks", what did they do?" "Well, they ambushed our troopers and tripped over walker with logs." "Dang" More laser bolts made the moniters flicker. Dee checked the scanner. He had to rock the little device before it turned on and revealed a mech. "I think it's damaged.", said Shadow, picking up a hydrospanner. Dee fired off a few shots at the mech. The little machine got its leg blown off and fell to the ground, burning furiously. "Rizz, how many more mechs are there? Our scanners are kinda busted." "Dunno, just try to work your way through them." "Work your way through them, right.." The scanners seemed to reveal a mech squad right in front of them. The giant AT-TE lumbered ahead, followed by Jubei and Strider on their vehicles. This was slowing down their timetable. Just be open to repercussions Otto nearly had to plug his ears at the loudness in Rizzit's voice as the SL screamed over the comlink to Jubei and Strider. Otto shook his head That punk is gunna get his ass blown off one of these days, and I'm gunna be there when he does it. he thought to himself Shaking that thought out of his head, he aimed the target indicator at yet another enemy mech. As he fired, alarms blared as sensors showed an enemy mech rounding in behind the AT-TE and no protection from behind to destroy it. "Great, Jubei just had to pick this great time to run off on his own" he mumbled as he got up and yelled to the3Djedi "Jed, get over here and take the gunnery controls," he said as he picked up his FC1 Flechette Launcher "I'm gunna go up top and.. take care of some things." He smirked as he lifted up the hatch. On his way up, he grabbed his Armor Piercing Heavy Blaster Rifle from the ring that he had put it on when he came over from his ESPO 101   With his blaster rifle blazing to protect himself as he got his feet bared, Otto got into a good position to fire on the mech with his Flechette Launcher. The driver of the enemy mech obviously saw him, cause Otto then sensed a flash of fear coming from inside the mech. Happy that someone was going to get the end of his anger, Otto pulled the trigger on the Flechette Launcher and watched as the armor of the mech was pelted with metal shards that tore through and fried circuts and cut through the pilots. The mech came to a sudden stop and Otto jumped over aided by the Force and dropped a grenade in through the hatch of the mech. He jumped back over to the AT-TE and looked back just in time to see the mech blow up from the inside. Happy and a little less angered, Otto jumped back in through the hatch and dismissed Jed from his seat. "Otto, nice risky move," said Rizz "You're gunna turn into Jubei over there." After saying that, Rizzit cringed, obviously trying hard not to say anything more. Suddenly the com crackled. "Sir, Strider here" said the crackling voice   "Go ahead" replied Rizz "Sir,  we're close to the base, they've seen us and have dispatched two full squads armed to the teeth."   "And? I know you two know to come back here" "Sir, I do, Jubei doesn't, he's already flown in to attack them."     This greatly angered and saddened Rizzit. He sighed and went back to the comm   "Stay there and wait for us, pick off as many of those Rebel troops as possible." "But sir, what about Jubei? He's almost to them, I think they may, OMG!"     "What? What is it Strider?" Rip those Mechs apart!" orderd Peacemaker The Dark Dragoons replyd to the orders. a couple of seconds later when the Mechs comes into Fire Range, DarkJedi aimed on the First and pulled the Triger. Severall Blaster Bolts from the Main Cannon, hit the Mech on the side and let the penetrated Mech fall hard onto the earth. "One is out of the Game, 3 left" said DarkJedi Peacemaker who sit before the radar screen, fell out of the seat when the Hovertank got Heavy Hits. He quickly stand up and shouted trough the com "Damn, which one shoot on us, Raxen, move in and get your guns into position, we need Fire Backup." "Aye, on the way" said Raxen till the Tank moved around to engage the mech who attacked the Command Tank. "I have him in my Target Screen, one second ......." The Tank Cannon send his deadly Fire into the Mech and let him explode, a few burning Parts who flyd around, hit the HoverTank and the Shokwave from the Explosion let him shake again. "I want a Damage Report now, Xtreme where are the Enemys" asked Peacemaker "Severall hits into our Armor, nothing serously damaged atm" answerd Blaze "Two Mechs are left, our Tanks cant Shoot them good enough withour risking to hit the other Tank" said Xtreme "Allright, Xtreme take the Grenade Laucher and go to the Top, send these Bastard a Grenade in his Cockpit" said Peacemaker Xtrme took the grenade Laucher and went to the upper Turret Station with it. He opend the Canopy and aimed carefully onto one Mech which started to move his Cannons around. A grenade out of the Laucher flyd to fast that the Mech can avoid a hit to it, detonates in the near of the Cockpit and let the upper Part from it explode. the Two Medium Tanks which fired at the same time hit the last Mech and let him blown up. Peacemaker checked the Screen, for the Moment they arent any Enemys under 4 Clicks in the near from them He opend a com chanel to the Rest "K, it seems that hey have more forces out there then we have expect. We have atm a few minutes where no enemy can attack us. What is your current status? asked Peacemaker. "We got a Hit, but no Problem, engines, weapon everything works perfect" replyd Darkjedi "No problems here, all Systems 100%" said Ares "Allright, these Bastards have made me mad, Reload your Weapons, We go now Hunting Pirates!" said Peacemaker The DD`s regrouped to get into a close Formation. Theyr destination was not anymore the Base, rizits Raidors are on the way to it. No, the new goal for the DD´s was to make sure that nothing disturbs the Raidors to get into the Base and that means, every Mech who appeard on the Screen was a main Target, no Matter if he is in the direction to the Base or not. With Full Speed they headed trough the Forest on theyr hunt as Peacemaker saw 3 dots on thee Screen. One of the dots was the AT-ST from Seargeant Shadow with 2 Enemys Mechs short behind them. In a few seconds they would be in Fire Range. ..........

Flying like a bat outta hell, Jubei punched the throttle on his speeder bike launching himself at the two squads assembled. About 50 yds out, the squads started firing on him. Jubei fired his repeater into the throttle control, jamming it, then ditched the bike 25 yds out. The bike slammed into the troops, scattering bodies in the explosion. He hit the ground and rolled. Damn you Strider, i could really use some cover right now As if to answer his thought, a bolt laced past Jub and impaled itself in the closest trooper. Two more fell before the rest learned and dove for cover. thx strider Jubei thought I guess i'l be buying that round back at home jubei ised the time Strider bought him well, stripping off his uni, to reveal his blood-red armor hidden beneath. Lets go he said to himself. Pulling out a couple thermal sets, he set them for impact detonation, then heaved them. *KABBBBBOOOOOOOOKABOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM* Screams followed the explosions, and Jubei pulled out the repeater and charged, ducking behind rocks, trees, anything. He looked like a ghost, darting in and out, being everywhere, in front behind around. Strider continued to cover him, and he launched another detonator at troopers headed for an E-Web blaster. *KABOOOOOMMMMMMM* Jubei thre himself behind a tree, and felt  a bolt pierce his armor and go through his shin. Biting back the pain, Jubei caught his breath and wished for a second he was a Jedi. Then he heard trooper approaching. He tried to get up , but his leg collapsed. He pulled out a detonator, and pictured himslef going out in a fire death, but it was too late. He peeked aroud the tree and saw 10 troopers approaching. He attempted to get back up, but his leg collapsed again. Guess this is it...Sry Rizz, i failed you... Jubei then heard a *snap-hiss* and new he was finished, a numbness bbegan to crawl up his leg, and he felt himslef drifting into unconsciousness, he saw black spots, then saw the golden light of the lightsaber draw near, then he felt nothing......

OOC: did someone delete my post? "I...hate...you...Jed" Jubei grunted inbetween breaths as he was carried away from the battle. Otto set him down next to the walker, then ran back to help rizzit and Jed. He saw the battle perfectly, the hissing and buzzing of the lightsabers, then the crack when they hit together. Rizzit and the unknon Jedi fought furiously, and went into a saber lock. They both said something Jubei couldn't hear. Then, Jed snapped off a shot, and the Jedi whirled and whacked it back at him, Jed just barely diving out of the way. The jedi turned and met Rizzit's blade again. Both were panting, sweating running out of steam. this has to stop!!!this is my fault, i need to do something Jubei studied then Jedi's motions, analyzing his technique. Then he spyed an flaw... he was too distracted by his surroundings and therest of our squad!!! Jubei knew rebel reinforcements would be in the area soon, so he saw his chance. Carfeully he stood up, and grabbed his only surviving detonator. Pulling out his comlink, jubei said, "Otto, I know how to get this guy. i need you to tell rizzit this through the force. Tell him, when the detonator explodes, step back and strike. And when it does, i need you to shoot at the Jedi with everything you got. Hes too distracted, hopefully we can use that to take him down." "Alright, good plan, I'll get on it.......Ok its done Rizz knows." otto replied. Jubei set the detonator to explode on impact, then hurled it over the Jedi's head. *KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM* It exploded with a brilliance jubei loved so much. then Otto fired his E-11 at the Jedi, rapid fire, with the Jedi blocking them. RIzzit attacked, but suddenly, a new blade appeared. The JEDI HAD A DOUBLE BLADE!!!! The other blade blocked Rizz's attack and he spun away, unharmed. Jubei heard a commotion coming from the walker, and saw TJ leap over him and erupt into the battle, lightsaber cutting through air like a warm knife through butter. A mix of colors filled the area as the battle raged on, now 2 vs 1...or 2 vs 2
