Ok, the Story has been on hold for too long. Typex, you've been given ample time and help to fix your post so that it flows with story and makes sense; since its still not working I'm going to ask you to remove it. For the next couple of posts, I am going to ask you to run it by either Giovanni, Garet or myself for proof reading, I don't want any more 1 week hold ups.
For the rest of you, just go on posting as if Typexs post was not in existance. -----------------------

hey guys, my activity this week is going to be nearly none. Mainly because I've encoutered some major computer problems.
When attempting to expand my HDD to full capacity I missed a digit or two and dropped it down to roughly 33mb thus causing me to lose 99.9% of everything OS and all. I'm running off of my RedHat currently. I'm not certain as to when my windows will be up and running again.
Now I just have to explain this to rizz....  -----------------------

Typex, it isn't that you don't know how to write. It is more just you don't know how to write in cooperation with others. Honestly, your post had good creativeness. Your post wan't that bad, other than the grammatical errors, the only thing I noticed was a lack of cohesiveness with the over all story. I can honestly say that this clinic would be the best way for you to go.
I am certain that I'm no fantastic writer by any means and this clinic may aid me in my writting. I have put thought into doing it just to see if it would benefit me in any way. The problem, I guess you could call it that, with me is that I am not getting open criticism from everyone. If I was then I would be able to make this decision with more fortitude in my choice. In your case, you have been given open criticism by Garet and ZaFo. I am certain that they have provided some input on how to change your post when they asked you to change it. If they didn't then they cannot be upset that you didn't change it to their lliking because they didn't give any particular points in which needed to be changed.
Now, as far as your attitude about this particular issue, and this may or may not be the correct way for me to go about this but that is for someone in command to decide, is not the best way to deal with it. Being a self critic is a good thing in my book, but you are taking this a bit too far. Self-criticism can only do so much. I have not seen the communications between you, ZaFo, and Garet; those are none of my buisness, but the fact that you have not asked any questions openly to the squad for help is somewhat troubling. I feel that questions need to be asked in order to obtain results.
I didn't send this in a comnet message or an email because I feel that everyone can benefit in some way or another from this post. This is in no way an attack on you, Typex, as a person. This is just some sincere advice from someone who is always willing to help.

Sam I dont know about the rest of the squad but I have yet to encounter a problem with the way you write your posts.
If there is anything that needs to be said about someones post then Im sure it would have been said.
Typex, Sam is right. We are a team and as a team it is our responsibility to make sure we are all prepaired and to give criticism to one another.
Im sure that Zafo, Garet, Sam, Myself and everyone in DD is more than happy to give as much time as we can to help with writing.
Remember that no one is perfect and that learning takes time.
Email me or anyone else if you want help, and post your questions that way we all might learn something new. I have asked many questions that might seem stupid but in the end I have learned more about VE and about my writing. -----------------------

No need to feel sorry for yourself and down about it, Typex. As you can see we are all willing to help you out.
Aaaand thats that: Graduation yesterday. 
So my lack of presence over the past two weeks will draw to an end. I appologize to those who've been sitting around with nothing to do. Exams are to follow, but that shouldnt hinder me too much. Once again, sorry for the semi-dissapearing act.
The Devaron campaign is on the verge of continuing. Obviously, our story will be put on hold. I want to see everyone writing like they were during the first part of the campaign; it's time to get out of our little slump and show em' all what we are made of.

I say we put this all behind us and focus on continuation! Typex, if you really feel that you want your post to be deleted, only you or a moderator can do that. But if you choose to delete it instead of getting counsel (Writing Clinic) then I, among the rest of us, expect you to come back in stupendous glory!
