Speaking of Jenny: I thought your post was overall pretty good, with the exception of two things. Toro couldn't know Gio's name, and if he did he would probably call him Giovanni. Secondly, why would you come after us when your orders are to go to Pau?
Corrections would be nice, I know we'd all appreciate it.

Sorry for my long leave guys, things are going a bit hectic in RL,
one of my best friends is contemplating suicide, and I'm a bit worried.
Anyhow, Daminga, excellent post on the story,
Jenny. Please see me on IRC. We need to discuss some things, I think I have finaly come up with a solution. 
Jenny, your most recent post will have to be ignored, i know that might screw things up for tomse guys, but it kinda scrwed up where Vint is, where Toro is and ETC. If there is any problems please contact me on IRC or email.
A note you should all take in mind,
Missed and late reports are a minor thing, as well as mishaps in stories. I an deal with them, but disrespect towards someone outside the squad, your own squadmates and especially someone who has some level of athority over is your ticket to AWOL.
I will not tolerate it at ALL.
I know you guys havent done anything, but may this serve a warning to all.

Just follow my post for now. Jenny is in the other group anyways, so I don't think that'll affect us yet.
As for Evi... I think there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding within the Leaders of DD. Unless I missed something, I think that's still floating around. -----------------------

Garet, there is no mis comunication going on here, I forgot to EDIT my post 
I know Jenny sent the report, only found out yesterday, she thought it has only to be sent to you.
As for the post, Garet Check your inbox, I'll explain everything, you are right, its something you dont know of yet, forgot you're the new FTL 
Toro is with us, you me and Arzano, and suddenly he is with them, the only way he can be with Zafo is if someone from our group told on them. And neither, you me or Arzano would break under toture. Even thougfht Arzano will die soon I will not use him to be a traitor. and etc. I hope you see my point.
As for the rest of the squad, that was not yell If I yell, it would be in capitals. Its a friendly warning, I feel very strongly about respect, in truth it was one of the Dragoons who set me off.
I just saw Daminga's post. once again not, I think you might want to check on Gio's bio, he's pretty laid back and wouldn't dislike rookies

I'll have to apologize for my behavior, I guess the bad comments about my reports and posts made me a little unbalanced, cause I know you guys just warned me, but at least you could have checked before making unproven accusations. But still I should apologize. In RL (It's intalized for real life, your life outside of VE), I'm not a person like this, I'm much more nicer and a friendlier person.

I think I'm pretty lax about reports, Zafo as well.
But pehaps thats my problem, being lax.
If some of you are wondering why you are not promoted, everything is taken in mind.
Reporting to me shows you have dissipline, which is a fatal trait when tested and regarded as a leader.
Its easy to post on a story sicne you can do any time in the week.
Posting on story shows activity to me, it also shows me wheter you take the other's posts in mind when writing. If you actually read it.
Ive counted the missed reports I saw in this squad, and this is what I got:
Missed reports:
Zafo: 2
Garet Daimun:1
Jennabelle:4
Daminga:0
Vint:0
The total count of missed reports: 21 +/-
Thats from every single Dragoon who has been in this squad under my lead.
Seeing that, I thought to myself, what can I do get you guys to spend 60 seconds of your life once a week on a report?
So I thought I'll try and set up a small competition:
You guys have to come up with the best solution to this,
Should I fine you guys?
Whre do I draw the line between being lax, and being responsible without being a ... Drill sergeant
I thought this seems pretty fair, but heh, you can just use it as a guidline:
1 missed report =
2 missed reports=
3 missed reports=
4 missed reports=
5 missed reports=
6 missed reports= and etc.
There is a award for the person who comes up with the best solution regarding reports, lets see what you guys think.
If I looked at this from an outsider's point of view, I would have thought that the SL must be pretty hopeless if she cant even come up with something her self.
I want to be fair, and I first have to hear what you guys think is fair, feel free to post here what you think is fair, towards one another, me, and your self.
100k of ICs.(10000 Imperial Credits) I'm not even going to pay it with DD money, but from my own account.
Do take take in mind, whoever wins, your idea might not be used, this simply to see how you feel. And the 100k might inspire you to think something
On a side note, congratualtions to Garet who has now joined the ranks of sergeants. He is promoted from Corporal to Sergeant.
Keep it up Garet.
Here is the reason why I promoted him.
He jasn't skipped a beat with his reports. except once
He suggested some good ideas for missions,
Regular IRC activity
Story wise extremely active, always at the same pace.
