Eeheehee. Welcome, Gurlanin, to Strill Squadron! I was actually quite amused by the mini story post there

I am Avalar, the Executive Officer of Strill. Joamer is the Squadron Commander. We're glad to have you aboard! Right now our current Navy story can be found on this thread. Basically it's a Navy-wide story preparing us to face our final battle with the Imperial Dominion in the Counterpunch saga. Right now in story we are working on Character Development (bringing in new transfers, having old characters react to the last battle, etc.). Feel free to read up on what others have posted in order to get an idea of what you might post.

Also, most of the members of Strill are on the IRC most of the time. You can join on us on our #Strill channel any time to ask us questions. If you can't get on IRC, PMs always work. Reports are due every Thursday to Joamer and myself.

I hope I covered everything but if not, always ask! We're willing to help however we can.

My XO is way too quick, but as she said welcome aboard. Try to get on IRC as much as possible, I like to have my squadron there so we can all talk together. Read up on the story, tonight when I post I'm going to add you as a last minute transfer. That way you can begin thinking up a post when getting into the story immediately.

Anyways, welcome the rest of the crew is around here somewhere I'm sure they have surprises waiting for you.

And yes, our squadroom type thing is located on the IRC. irc.vastempire.com the main VE channel is #Vast_Empire then the navy channels are #VEN our personal channel is #Strill

As she said, please report. I've gotten a couple but not nearly all of them. Bad things happen if you don't report on time, nasty nasty things. So please, report on time.

Also, I am now posting. I'm in the process or writing and it should be up in the next hour or two. If you want me sign onto IRC, I have it up on my second monitor. I won't be checking the comnet every minute though, so if it's majorly important contact me there. If you would like to be part of the writing process of the post get onto comnet and we'll figure something epic out.

Besides that, go have fun and don't break anything expensive.

Just thought I'd pop in and let you all know that I'm extremely proud of the way you all are working together, keeping active, and encouraging each other!

We don't use Katarn-class armor, instead using the Storm Commando one. And I don't believe we're allowed our own armors just yet....

Otherwise it's good, I believe. I wonder how did they allow you to get away with a shapeshifter but meh. Might be interesting to write with. :P

He walks a slightly fine line since mention of rare species is something few do cause it tends to draw attention. But, I think it's fine with what he is doing.

And I agree, sadly the Katarn armor does not fit into TIE cockpits I wish it would. I love that armor set and the T-visor is awesome.

Oh don't worry. We'll be on the ground too. However, we are pilots first as this is the Navy. This is the first squadron to ever really play with more than just straight up dogfighting.

Oh yeah forgot to mention, I wrote up all those bios based on what I saw from your guys' wiki pages, but it is inevitable I wrote something wrong or misinterpreted something. Feel free to edit your own mini bio if it doesn't seem to reflect your char quite as accurately. If you edit, try to keep it short if you can, unless there's an aspect of your character I left out entirely.
