It's a little different than the typical flash-fiction type of play-by-post rpg, but it's hard to argue with the results.    And I'll add that that style of rapid posting of tiny snippets, each of which builds directly on what comes before, isn't out of the question for various VE competitions/stories... it's just not the norm around here.

Been struggling a little bit with writer's block. I've got several half-posts written, will be edited and revised into a real post after work.
I'm thinking T will duel his most recent opponent and come out badly until G arrives, then end up providing air cover to Thatcher against Dominion troopers as they close in.
Trying to decide if he should get shot down, EVA'd or neither. Maybe the Dominion has something up their sleeve that T could sacrifice his Interceptor to take out; I don't have a detailed enough mental image of Gwodd to know what.

I figure T needs to pull off something cool enough to get him noticed, but not too "grr, I'm a badass" for his rookie smuggler self or unrealistically beyond his abilities.
Any input? Gur, I figured Grent would be with T as we arrive over Thatcher, and be an experienced enough pilot to stay in the air when T gets reckless; that sound good?
I need some fresh ideas.

Writer's block sucks a lot. Hope you get past it! Sometimes the best way is to drag yourself kicking in screaming unfortunately. XD

And what's this about flying over Thatcher? O.o He did get blown up >.> and might be somewhere in the rubble..... missing a limb or something

I had this planned since the very moment I wrote Thatcher. I'm surprised something I planned so far in advanced was actually able to be implemented. XD Buuuut, he is still alive! And with comms down, there's enough confusion to play around with.

I like your missile idea, G; got some tangents off that. I don't want T racking up two many kills his first time out; 2 is pretty good as-is, I might end up with three but that's pushing it (Would qualify for ace status in most air forces. Want to get Top Gun before that).
Going EVA would be a good excuse for him to get picked up and brought before Joamer after the battle, too.

You read my mind. I'm also gonna create another one. This one is... not so great. And I have this tradition where I tend to make a new avatar based on my position. XD
