@kazack: Please, don't take that sort of tone with other members- especially when you don't know the particulars of the situation. Jaden is a long-standing and respected member of the Vast Empire Navy and deserves better. I don't ask that you go out of your way to be nice even though you disagree, but I do ask that you have respect for other members. I know you're trying to help but, at the moment, there's nothing you can do to help. I can't officially tell you to let the conversation go, but I recommend you do so.

@Jaden: The same to you in regard to respect. Kazack's not part of the problem when it comes to the content of that post. If you don't like what he posted, ignore it. You're a good friend and Kazack hopefully will become one. It's a pity for you two to argue about this.

Personally, I agree that the post needs to be edited and the treason removed. I know that many of us hope for Jaden's continued membership here. In that spirit I'd like to petition that the post be edited to some crime or misdemeanor not deserving of an IC death penalty.

Perhaps we could pretend that in-universe Jaden wasn't in his right mind when he decided to commit treason like that. Personally, I'd think that having a bunch of people die of poison right in front of you would cause quite a bit of trauma.

Alright, I am going to shed some light on this current situation with Jaden. I know there are some who disagree with the goings on, and story post that Atrasin put up.

The reason for his stripping of rank, position, and command is due to the repeated insubordination he's shown not only myself, but Atrasin as well. We are by no means difficult to work with, and I think those of us who are veterans can agree that driver is a lot easier going than he used to be.

It took me a long time before I decided to remove Jaden from all that he had. However, after his insubordination turned to attacks on driver, the high command, and myself, I became fed up. If a ranking officer would like to see logs, please pm me and I will discuss some with you. I am trying to keep this as civil as possible, however if you, Jaden, give another outburst it will be the end of your tenure in the Vast Empire. I will not allow you to demean, decieve and manipulate these good people and friends that I have here.

So, I am giving you no more chances. Disregard my request again and logs will be posted publically.

As for evryone else, if you wish more light to be shown, just pm me. I wouldbr happy to give you my side of the story.

P.S. the story post by G, although humiliating, is too close to what happened and will remain in effect, however, the perspective MAY be changed. No promises.

Hey everyone, I've been assigned to the 2nd Fleet on board the Reaper. Don't worry about including me for the moment, I've got to get myself established anyway. I'll talk with C-4, see what he's up to, and work myself in from there.

Hell, I could always turn up 'late' to any up-coming engagements. Would suite my character heh.
