I'm still on leave, but I've been popping in for a couple minutes on random days just to see what's been going on.... and I've seen some weird stuff. By Amacuse no less.

Well, I'll see what I can do about a post (hopefully have one tonight, if not then by tomorrow)
My apologies for my lessened activity Regents, I know I was a real active person at some point and I hope to be once I really know what my schedule's going to be lie which will take a few weeks...A little over a month for sure.
For those that don't know, I am disabled. Have multiple disabilities (namely some slight coordination as well as short-term memory issues in some tasks, none of which affect me in the VE) but my more prominent one is a visual impairment (which DOES affect my writing)
Anyway, I have been competing in kayaking competitions for people with physical disabilities, have won a participation medal in a few Regattas when the program first started (2009) have won silver and gold medals in a qualifier for the National championships, got a participation medal (as did everyone else who participated) at the Canada Day Regatta and as of August 28 of last year I am your resident bronze medalist on the national level in the physically disabled (LTA) 200 meter race.
And so this year, they would like me to do a bit better and so I will be quite busy in the evenings 4 days a week starting May 16, going to 5 (Saturday morning training will be added) in July/August but all that will be done on August 31 and so I will only have running to worry about afterward for another few months...

Kayaking isn't all I do, I recently started running and hope to accomplish my first 5K on June 4th.
