Medallion for members of the Army that have shown their activity in the Army by creating and managing a webpage. This medal has two classes, first and second. First (blue medallion) is the higher and warrants a better constructed and maintained webpage. The lower white medallion represents a good webpage and frequent improvements to the site. The CoP, XO, and Prefect may award these medals.
