Wow, if those pictures are the real deal I'm very disappointed. Both Nintendo and Sony have got ridiculously lazy with their presentation. I hope, for both companies sake, those pictures are faked.

In terms of the specs, they seem good yes, but I'm concerned about Nintendo if all are going to motion sensing. Although they have a big head start, they'd be competing against Sony and Microsoft, with Microsoft in particular having a lot of money and a lot of power. From the specs given in the video, it seems Nintendo will be okay even for the next generation, basically since there is no change to the PS4 with the hard drive idea except that you now download full games instead of demos. However, this is screaming out as an excuse for them to screw over every other part of the world apart from America, yet again.

Microsoft will do well again, in my opinion. They're becoming the true fan favourite between itself and Sony again. They'll pull something out of the hat, I just hope its better than what is claimed in the video, considering it sounds like little more than an eyetoy with a microphone right now.

LeGit, I agree, Nintendos full body sensors have got me excited as well. If it works it will be fantastic, and with more processing power and graphics, imagine what it could pull off. You could play football in a full sized stadium in your living room (Except the running issue, but hey), or drive a car by turning your hands on a steering wheel and just moving your feet up and down.

I admit, my ideas on the new Wii are pretty lame, but its a very interesting idea,  I just don't have the technology in front of me to be able to say what it could do and what it couldn't.

Say what you want, but I don't believe this is real.

The Wii 2 looks sweet. Xbox for the win though.

I'm going to agree with Garet on this one. First off:

1. Isn't it just a bit early to be releasing plans for a new console when just about all 3 of them have been out for 1 year? 2 years tops? Normally they're out for at least 3-5 years before announcements get made.

2. If everything is so "official" then why did the video screw up and list them as coming out in 1012 - 1014 are we all of a sudden going to hit a point in our lives where years start rolling back? I sure hope not.

3. Let's see here...What would be the point in calling the new xbox 720? I'm sure microsoft is a lot more creative than that. Even if that's what they're saying now...I highly doubt that the end title would be that. (If you remember people thought the gamecube would be called Nintendo128 or something like that) Furthermore, what does it look like? If the above reasons weren't enough to convince me that it's fake: the "just a logo" bit sure as hell was.

4. PS4 and the Wiivolution....looks like someone just spray-painted their existing consoles. When new consoles come out there is usually a slight change to the previous edition wether it be in shape...size...whatever....but it is never so slight that THE ONLY CHANGE IS THE COLOR.

I could keep ripping into the video but I think those cover my bases. As far as looking to the future, I can't wait to see what the future holds for gaming but I refuse to put ANY faith in this video other than the fact that the new playstation will be called the PS4. If new consoles are getting released in the not-too-distant future either the gaming community has gotten ridiculously greedy or they feel that their consoles are doomed to failure so they need a new one. Frankly that should be one company's view...but let's just see what the future holds. We are not that far into each of the "current-gen" consoles' lives to worry about "next-gen" right now.

I think it would be awesome if apple came out with a console. Im sure it would give the xbox a run for its money.
But still that video is super fake.
