First you get a warnings, after that, fines, and finally, if there is no activity whatsoever, you get put on AWOL. Sometimes wwe get reinforcements from local militia but that's few and far between  After I wrap up a project for a friend I'll finally get to catch up and post 4 Gunnery Sergeants in a Squad of 6; does that make BlackJack outrank the other Squads, or is it just a winning hand?
