Well, I don't really like the Zone, so I'm not really for the idea. If you really want to get it going, send me a nice email, explaining why you'd like it, who'd be running it, what they'd do.. all that fun stuff. Sell it to me. ATM, I'm not sold.

just remember, if you make it you cant use sabers in VE stories unless you contrstruced a saber of your OWN in the VEDJ.

well first of all i would vote Cosmic to lead this squad.  hes the only member that ive played that has slaughtered me every match. but thats just my opinion.

I just know someone isn't gonna like a bunch of non-DJO army grunts running around with sabers. I'm kinda with Tal on this, for the following reasons: 1. If it involves the organization of the army, please keep us informed before you go public with it.  At the least, it's just common courtesy. 2. Should you find enough Zoners to do this, then we may begin to consider it.  You have to research a project before putting it into motion - not the other way around. 3. Other than a need to play god on a boring day while we're drunk up on moonshine and feasting on catnip, we don't vote for squad leaders.  While your thinking may be sound, Captain Cosmic already has a nice cushy job and pay allowance that doesn't allow him to be a squad leader any more.  I mean, I'd love to be an SL again, but that's not happening either. 4. Like General Talon said, give us a good, logical argument with solid backing before presuming to take over the army.

It sounds like a good idea to me.  I would be more then happy to join, though I do agree that for it to be used on storylines members should be DJ.

  I am a zone/ip address player. I am not Elite, but with a lot of practice and playing I could become"Elite". I would like to join if this is ever put into operation.

Personally, as a member of the DJO, I am against any non-DJO member having a lightsaber in *ANY* offical capacity. I worked too hard to get mine to have random newbies swinging them around. I am sure that this opinion is held by others.

Umm.. actualy I don't get sabers in "swing them around" in the mIRC.. I have a Blaster that occasionally goes off in Epic's direction but thats about it..             Is it that much trouble to start another squad? I mean why not change the name on one of the other squads not in use..Like "Cannon Fodder" I really don't think anyone would want to be in that squad I mean if I was I would be afraid to admit it.             Maybe I don't understand these rules that you all are going by, but wouldn't that be a lot better than having to go and make a whole 'nother box for it?                                                     Patrick
