...It began with the forging of the Great Chance Cubes, each were given great power to rule and govern each race in the Cantinas.

Three Cubes for the Jawa Lords under the sky,
Seven for the Hutts in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne

The one cube forged by the dark squadleader Yillis himself, was made in the fires of Mustafar, and into this cube, he poured all of his malice, cruelty and deceit.

Words which were burned into this Cube read:

One Cube to rule them all, One Cube to find them,
One Cube to bring them all and in the gambling bind them

...One by one, the Cantinas fell to the power of the Cube... but there were those who resisted...

A last Alliance of Men and Jawas fought their way through the Cantinas, battling the thugs of Yillis in one huge battle...

Victory seemed near.... but the power of the Cube could not be undone...

It was at this moment that Isildur, son of the Emporer took up his father's blaster and ended the life of Yillis himself by removing the Cube from his grip...

Finally, he had the chance to destroy evil once and for all... but the hearts of men are easily corrupted, and Isildur kept the ring for himself...

But this was all the wrong choice... the Cube betrayed it's master Isildur, and was lost to the bottom of a river...

Hundreds of years had passed, when finally, when chance came, it was discovered by Mako, a member of the Dark Dragoons...

There, the Cube poisoned Mako for three long months, bringing him unnatural long luck...

Then, darkness crept back into the land, whispers of a nameless fear...

The Cube's time had come... it abandoned Mako... but something happened, something the Cube did not intend...

It was picked up by the most unlikely of creatures, a Whiphid named Orobos...

Mako had gone off to devise a way to regather his stolen precious.

Up to the hill where he could think unimpeded.  His thoughts raced wildly as he tried to discover ways to reclaim his lost prize.  Should he torch them?....Shoot them all in their sleep?.... He would find a way...and he would make them PAY!...Pay for stealing it...they would rue the day that they tooks it from his grasp...No good trooperses.....

What's this?  He watched below as a gathering took place.  A group of nine troopers who were doomed to die glided up on speeders.  They were dressed in teh robes of the Emporers Roal Guard.  They stormed the barracks, looking for the cube.  The troopers must have used it..used it to bleed the pockets of their fellow Imperials. 

He saw the group flee from the Royal Guard.  They made off toward the SpacePort.  Mako must stop them, but the Guard....

He watched as the small band made out under cover of the flashbang traps that they had lain.  Watched as the Undead Royal Guard tried to give chase, sniffing out the Cube's location as if drawn to the adictive spice itself.

The troopers had lost them, but Mako had seen which way they went.

The Royal Guard split up and rode in all directions for the Cube could not be lost, not when it was so close at hand.

Mako crept snuck out after the troopers.  He could not let them make off with his precious.  They could not take it to another land.  He must get them for stealing it...and make them pay for what they took.

Mako followed along, ducking view by split seconds at times.  He could not take the whole team at once.  He must devise a way to retrieve his precious.

He called into the bar and talked to the tender.  He ordered and paid for round after round of the most intoxicating substance the tender could think of to be delivered to the squad, with orders that the tender simply give them  story that he ws quitting after tonight and so all of their drinks would be on the house.

If all went as planned, the squad would be so unconsious or imbalanced that he would soon be able to recover his precious cube.

He watched as the unsuspecting team gladly accepted the bartenders story and first round.
