Just after writing a message to Stoneheart...I am thinking we should try and set up a time to meet as a squadron on IRC during the week... especialy to plan out main points to reach in the story and such.

Skipper: Lieutenant Reeves

Summary: The Haiku has built up a reputation of been one of the best anti-star fighter units outside of the first Fleet. They can fight anywhere, literally, and still do their jobs effectively. GS Thompon's Battery section in particular has received several commendations for excellent service.
Carrack-class Cruiser Caladria (Tomas)
Skipper: Lieutenant Harper
Others: Ensign Cairo
Compliment: N/A
Summary: The Caladria was one of the last Carracks built before the Imperial Navy decided they weren't cost effective any more. Since then, it has seen many battles, but oddly enough has only ever been in a repair dock once. And that was by accident.
Star Galleon-class Frigate Albion
Skipper: Ensign Shiva
Others: N/A
Compliment: Logistical Support Ship
Summary: Part of the Sian Fleet's Logistical section, the Star Galleons carry extra fuel and other flies for the fleet, so that they can go out on extended patrols. The Albion is probably one of the few “pack horse” vessels that is on a pirates 'avoid' list, due to it's reputation for not being an easy raid

Skipper: General Antos
Others: Lieutenant Geneva
Compliment: 6 x Defender-class Starfighters
Summary: The 1st Kolstor defender wing has been around for decades, formed when Kolsotr first became a self-sufficient planet. Lieutenant Geneva's 3rd Squadron is especially considered a local legend.
Planetary Defence Force (Sicario)
Skipper: Marshal Krom
Others: Corporal Harkness
Complient: Battalion strength regional militias, few vehicles.
Summary: The Kolstor PDF has never been a proffesional body, only ever called upon during times of extreme duress. The newly minted permanent PDF are still getting used to life as full time soldiers, and his a bit under-equipped. Marshal Krom has little military experience, as he used to be wealthy land owner.

Cool I 've been scoping these out for the past few days. Can you have X months of service that you have been here and been active and wear the medal even if you had a break in your service or does it all have to be completely consecutive. I served six months before I had to quit for a little while, but now I've been back for a few weeks or so. ------------------------------------------------------------

Ok guys, I've put up a new post, and hopefully I've set the scene enough for you to follow. The situation as it stands now is:
A New Republic Fleet has just jumped into orbit around Kolstor, effectively in between the VE Fleet. They're not attacking yet, but they have their sheilds on full and are re-forming whilst they launch fighters and troops to the surface.
The VE Fleet is also reforming to face them.
Our forces are divded as follows:
All of the ships are in orbit, forming up on the Illuminate. We have 4 fighter squadrons available to us, and the Rising Sun only has half it's crew.
Viper Squadron, the Kolstor Defender Wing, and all of the ground troops are on the surface, and they will be rebelling both the New Republic Fighters, and the ground troops they've just landed.
Some are coming down in transports, some are dropping down in pods Halo style into the capital city.
The New republic has one Dreanought, Two Neubleon B Frigates, and a handful of corvettes and other support ships, I'll let you handle the specifics, but try to keep it even - we don't want to be outnumbered too badly.
From this point onward - anyone controlling an NPC ship should be worrying about forming up with the Illuminate - no action yet so lets see some under pressure CD.
Anyone controlling an NPC on the ground should start encountering and repelling the invaders. Viper squadron will also be part of this so anyone with a ship can get some action using your actual characers.
Don't worry though, my next post will start the fleet action.
I want everyone to continue from here using my post as a basis. Any contrdictions, etc... just ignore, and use what's in my post. If you are confused, just send me a PM and i'll sort things out.

Hey guys, another update:
During a completely seperate project, I came across a contradiction with the system name we are using.
I know this may cause confusion amongst some, but from now on please cease calling the system we are in 'Sian' - just use the 'Kolstor' System for now.
I can't be bothered to go and edit my posts, and i don't expect you to either, just pretend it's always been called the Kolstor system.

You can use our new TIE Inteceptors in your posts. I know when the story started we didn't have them, but just roll with it.
Don't use any promotions you have recieved since the start of the story though, those will be activiated afterwards.

Yeah guys, we need to try and pick up the pace.
I don't mind if your posts are shorter as a result, but I want to see the story moving forward. An uber post is nice and all, but it's of no use to me if you don't have enough time to finish it.
