I have a biography now...although its not my best writing. I plan on revising it, I wrote it last night while I was on duty.

Seeing how the May Competition begins in about five hours, I'd thought I'd throw a post up and see if we can't get some organization going on here.

For starters, don't forget to read the rules. There have been a couple different links supplied, but to my knowledge this is the most current and the most accurate page:

I would hope that you would all read the rules thoroughly in order to ensure that we don't lose points for stupid shit. For instance, don't forget the color tags at the top of your posts. Stuff like that may seem trivial, but I'm pretty sure Angel won't be very forgiving if we forget the details.

Also, in order to keep things running smoothly, Snipes (Hond, whatever) has volunteered to act as a go-between for our various members who reside in different timezones, as he pretty much lives on the ComNet and IRC. Good luck to him with that. The various ops in #Jester will also keep a running tally in the topic of the channel, noting how many posts we have on our current objective and a very brief, one line description of where we are. I'm not sure how well this is gonna work, but we'll try it.

IRC is going to be critical, at least in my opinion. However, since not all of us can spend massive amounts of time on IRC, and since the timezones tend to fook us over, I would ask you all to utilize this topic. Post here if you are writing up a post for the story, with maybe a few details of where you plan to end. That way we don't end up with overlapping posts, along with wasted time and effort.

Hopefully at least some of these things will allow us to maximize our potential in this comp, at least on the posting side of things. If you all have anything to add, or if you just want to bash my ideas, then feel free to do so here or in a PM.

With posting order and such.

I'm thinking Jegora setups up with a briefing and such. Someone else writes the landing, then after we've landed everyone throw a post in. We'd be well under the limit.

Well, thats what I'm seeing it.

As you may have guessed from my elevation to Tactical Officer, I will be leaving Jester's SL position. T'was the best SL-ship and most fun I've had in a long time in the VE leadin' you folks, especially the ass-whomping we laid on the entire Army during the HSC.

I'll be leaving you in the capable hands of Jeg, who I know will run this squad better than I, since he tends to actually be around and not disappear for a month because of work. I will leave the choice of ASL up to him, hopefully he will fill it within the next few days.

Look for some fun Army-wide stories out of me soon.

Was going to post up on the Comp story... lost the motivation.. ehh..

Should have a post up by this time tommorow, though it'll be mostly establishing some sort of mood within the squad and a bit of CD.

I just thought I would let you guys know that we are kickin the crap out of the competition...at least in my opinion. :P
