she actually said she ended it, trying to not make it able to write more about the books. She just wanted to let everyone have some closure about their lives.

She did mention an encyclopedia though.

I finished the book tonight and might have to read the very end again, I was a bit tired when I read it and got confused with all the names being tossed around. Anyways...

Willt asked who Victoire belonged too, and judging by the 'e' at the end of the name I want to think Bill and Fleur.

I too, liked Mrs Weasly's line at the end swearing at Bellatrix. Made me laugh out loud to see that.

I had seen a bunch of the spoilers by accident but didn't necessarily believe them, which was lucky, because they had been true. They still shocked me though, seeing Fred die and then Tonks (possibly one of my favorite characters all of the books. 'Wotcher, Harry'...) and Lupin dying was something that made me pretty sad too. Like someone had said, it seemed foreshadowed making him the godfather and then having him liken himself to Sirius.

Dobby was one I didn't expect though, and that one really brought me down. Possibly one of my most favorite characters simply due to his random personality, it was a blow to see such a respectiable elf die. The battle inside Hogwarts seemed pretty kickass, but I wish that she had given us more of who all had been killed, as well as a little more action involving the other DA members. I too had been expecting to see one of the main three die, I had heard from somewhere that one of them dies in the book and right from the start I was expecting Ron or Hermione to drop dead. Kept trying to convince myself that it wouldn't be Hermione though, and Ron would bite the dust, but in the end neither did so I was pleased.

The only point I bothered to actually guess something was in the Malfoy mansion. I figured that with Draco was going to turn sides and help them out in exchange for his own safety from Voldemort, and I also figured that after Crabbe died that Malfoy was going to give them a hand as well. Would have been interesting to know if they had reconsiled afterwards, although Ron's attitude towards Draco and Scorpius (odd name, but oh well) 19 years later kinda hints that maybe they hadn't, or at least not completely as Draco nods to them.
