Actually we've only lost contact with Dresh, and Gravin- that was some time ago.  He may be coming back yet- I don't recall actually.

(Edit: Speak for yourself, friend- you and I are hardly judges of what is or is not worthy of the VEN.)

And the Navy side of things isen't all that different than that of the Army. If i could cause some controversy, i might even say the Navy side is easier to manage than that of the Army. The training schedules always mean your on track to the next big milestone.

Some people just get the wrong idea of what the VE (or in this case the VEN) does.  The longer term members will agree whhen i say the VE can be a lot of commitment sometimes. Thankyou Evan for saying im a high activity member, but my exams kick in tomorrow so without a doubt my activity is going to drop. I'll still be around and will try and drag a post out whenever i have the time.

Actually, thats probably the reason for the low recruitment rate. Both sides of the VE have their members plagued with exams right now. new recruits see the VE as a game they can pop in and out of whenever they have the time, and it doesn't work like that. After exam season finishes, the recruitment rate will rise again.

Okay guys,

Maybe, I should have done MY homework more. I thought this last month was an exception. Turns out it was. So some out of eight of you are former Army. That means we have a few new recruits.

That is even worse. Here I was thinking we had all these new people joining the Navy out of nowhere and all the time they were just people from the Army.

Don't get me wrong, I welcome anyone from anywhere. I was thinking of joining the Army? Whadda ya think?

Anyway, I was just trying to think of ways to keep truly new recruits.

No direspect guys. Except for maybe you Aeos. You don't fly for Kaph and you don't fly for Nazgul. What do you do? Myabe there is something I should know?

Most of you have already earned your stuff. I want people here who haven't earned a thing. I'm looking for A Naval crew here. People who can fly without wings.

Are you ready? Can you fly???

'Nuff said folks- I think we might even have Dresh Versier back again, so that brings it down to only one person we hadn't quite reeled in.  In the meantime, good to see some ambition for recruiting but there's really no more need to discuss anything because I don't think anything is being discussed.  Keep rockin, folks.
