501st Vast Empire Detachment

Im trying to start a vast empire detachment of the 501st. costumes may take a while but Ill be eligible to join in two years.
Yes I am looking into making one size fits most casts/molds for making stormtrooper, scout trooper, and tie pilot costumes. I am still researching but basically I plan on the following:
Doing the initial casting and molding to make a set mold from which I can make multiple suits with.
I will complete the suits and "give" them out upon compensation for:
a portion of the cost of casting and molding materials(not supplies, just the fiber glass, plaster, and clay.)
cost of the materials for making the actual armor
paint if costume is a black hole trooper or tie pilot or green scout trooper
these are free:
paint for storm trooper and white scout trooper detailing
removable detachment patch
these wont come with the suit:
under suit
boots
sandtrooper parts and pauldron
weapons
belt

The thing that makes the 501st relevant is that they are regional garrisons of real people who get together in meatspace.
This, for various reasons, is everything the VE is *not*.
If you really want to go into armor building, I'd check for garrison somewhere near you. I don't want to drive anyone away from the VE but I also don't want to try to make the club fill a roll it can't really fulfill.
As for a VE 501st, that unit is currently aligned with the Thrawn faction of the Empire, as is the 181st Fel fighter group.
You want to be famous? Make *your* unit known throughout the galaxy. -----------------------

Actually....more like a group within the 501st that wheres modified versions of our suits on non-canon appearences.
Such As:
I would have metal fingers on my left hand.
we would have maybe a removable insignia on our armor.
