Darr-Rann's office...

Darr-Rann stretched back in his chair and yawned, staring up on the ceiling. He was bored.

Raiders squad was on a small stretch leave after the recent conflict against Thrawn forces. Normally Darr-Rann would be spending time with Dawn, but she was on mission. What a social life. He thought to himself.

He needed something to do. Suddenly there was a knock on the door. He sat up straight and aknowledged it. "Come in." Rogueboy walked in.

"Hey Darr. I just wanted to let you know, the beer supply is out." The trooper said, walking up the the desk. Darr-Rann stifled a grin - the 'beer supply' was a stash hidden in the Raiders place - Despite regulations.

"Well, buy some more. There should be some credits in the tin above the fri..." He was cut off.

"That's the thing - None of the stores have any in stock! Apparently, there were problems with the shipping There isn't going to be any beer arriving in the system for at least a week.

Darr-Rann raised his eyebrows. He thought for a moment. "I can get grab some beers out of my stock in the Cantina, it shou..."

"I already tried!" Rogueboy said, a hint of desperation in his voice. "Your sold out! When people heard about the shortage, they bought it all up!" Darr-Rann made a mental note to order more stock, then asked,

"Well, what do you think we should do?"

"I dunno." Rogueboy said, "But we've gotta get some soon! This break will be horrible without any beer! Seriously, I'll go into enemy lines and steal it if I have to."

"I dunno what to say Rogue, we'll just have to..." He paused for a moment. "Wait. Tell the Raiders to assemble in the briefing room in three hours, I've got an idea."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Alright, your all probably wondering what we're doing here on our break." Darr-Rann said, looking through the squad ranks. "Rogueboy told me about the beer shortage, and I think we've got a solution." A few heads snapped to attention at this.

"This is the planet controlled by the new republic named Teel. It's a fairly peaceful place uncontested by either us or thrawn, and, most importantly, a major supplier of liquor. Rogueboy gave me an idea: He said he'd be willing to go behind enemy lines to acquire a supply. I intend to do exactly that.

"We'll be dropped in via cargoship. We'll clear out any security we encounter with less-then-lethal action, then bring in the lifter droids to bring the drinks to the cargoship. This is an unofficial mission so it's by volunteer."

The raiders sat there for a moment, silent, then Aeos spoke up. "We're raiding a brewery?"

"Yeah." Darr-Rann said, nodding.

"Really?" She asked, not seeming to believe it. Darr-Rann grinned -  He knew Aeos frequented the Cantina   He imagined she would enjoy this mission.

"Well?" He asked. Rogueboy punched his hand up in the air, followed by Leon and Aeos. Preditor shrugged and raised a massive claw, then Rayden followed. Namyr looked around for a moment, a bit confused. Darr-Rann expected the Twi'lek expected something a little more serious for her first mission.

"Oh, come on, it'll be fun." Rogueboy said. Namyr thought about it for a moment, sighed, then raised her hand as well.

"Good." Darr-Rann said. Be outside the hanger bays with any gear you want to take with you in 0600 hours. Dismissed."

Thanks for the story suggestion Rogue! Let's make this a good story guys.

Rogueboy left the briefing room in a hurry he had only minutes to get packed for this mission, on his way out he met the new recruit Namyr, Rogue wished there was liquor in the cantina this way they could haze the new girl. Regardless Rogue walked up to the newcomer. "Hi, I'm Corporal Rogueboy." Rogue offered her his hand.

Namyr looked at Rogue's hand for a moment before accepting the proffered hand. "I'm Private First Class Namyr, nice to meet you Rogueboy."

Her hand was soft and delicate which is what he would expect from a trooper of her stature, Rogue found her red skin exotic and he felt himself becoming self-aware.

How does my hair look?

Rogue resisted the urge to pat down his hair, Rogue could see that Namyr let her twin lekku's float freely, during this time there was an awkward silence which Rogue interrupted. "Yeah I gotta go get ready for the mission, so I will see you on the cargo ship."

Namyr blinked twice. "Oh, okay well I'll see you there."

The door opened and Rogue walked through cursing at himself in Huttese for being such a fool, Namyr made him feel uncomfortable because he knew her worth to any slave trader and while the twin tattoos on her cheeks would lower her prices she was easily worth fifty thousand Imperials credits to any trader that could break her into a pleasure slave.

Rogue cursed himself for unworthy thoughts, he wasn't on Tatooine anymore and he especially wasn't a slave anymore he had felt that cruel whip for long enough. Rogueboy went outside and hailed a speeder taxi. "two-eighteen Greenbach street please."

The speeder cab dropped Rogue off at his apartment building and he opened the door and took the steps to the apartment that he rents out. Rogue opened the door and noticed that something wasn't right; he looked around, his apartment was spotless and the little red R2 unit that Rogue had come to call his own was standing in the middle and let out a beep of welcome.

Aeos skipped down the corridors towards the direction of  the Raiders' barracks.
A liquor raid was the best mission she had yet to embark on.
The reason for her visit to the barracks was to grab some gear she forgot their after their last mission.
The hall upfront was clear, and Aeos risked a series of expressive cartwheels  joy in the narrow spaces between the walls. Landing softly and steadily back on her feet, she glanced behind her to see whether someone caught her antics, and indeed someone did.
"You look ridiculous," Racus  frowned sternly at her. He easily closed the distance between, and even more easily dominated her presence with his own stature.
"You are not going on this mission, its foolish. You are intended for much better,"
Aeos refrained  from snorting and glanced at the floor, clenching her fists and gritting her teeth she threw her focus back to Racus,  meeting his glare with equal if not more force.
"This is about your rep, not me," she spat bitterly.
"No, you are of much more worth to the Empire then a silly liquor raid," he said in a calm and commanding tone.
"Screw the Empire, why do you think I joined?"
Racus studied his sister's intense eyes. They stood alone in the corridor, most of it's usual life occupied by the weather outside, or catching a break in the Mess Hall.
"I wanted to be you and Radge, but I suppose Radge was the only person worth giving my life up for this shit hole of hell," Aeos' voice cracked and shut her eyes as the effect of her words took place in Racus' eyes.
"Raiders..."
", and I are none of your concern. If you have any more issues, I suggest you take it up with my Squad Leader, or maybe even the Platoon Commander? Now, if you don't mind, screw this, I have a mission," Aeos spun on her heel, continuing her previous engagement.
Behind her Racus stood motionless, to shell-shocked to move. The small girl that was his sister, had also changed. Not just him.

Aeos' forced the tears brimming her eyes away, while she busied her mind with searching for her climbing gear, grapple hooks and DC-15. Stuffing everything in her duffel bag, she turned around to have a final glance at the small room of the Raider's comfy barracks, checking for anything she might have forgotten.
An object in Darr-Rann's favorite chair caught her attention. Upon further inspection, she noticed it was an odd-looking whip. Slender, yet the handle seemed larger then the norm. Frowning she clipped it to her utility belt with a mind to ask Darr-Rann about it later. The whip, however, lied on small, flat sphere like object. A small image caster she assumed as her slender fingers gripped it tightly before adding it to the other contents of her bag,  She was intending on returning these two objects to Darr-Rann with a reminder not to leave his stuff around.

Sighing, she exited from the room, and started making her way towards her condo, to collect a set of armor. As she neared the space where she and her brother conversed, her glare and deep-set frown deepened while white hot anger  rushed through her. The flash of something red upfront caught her attention however.  Putting her rage at the back of her mind, she flashed a grin.
"Namyr, hi!"

Namyr had been excited when finally they had been called to the briefing room for a mission. She had only been at the base for a few days and had barely known anyone, due to her coming to the compound at night, and that most of the members had been on leave of some sort. She had tried to make herself comfortable in her barracks room, though small she could call it her own. But Namyr had started to get bored and a little stir crazy, if she hadn't been studying for her medic exam she would have lost it.

She stood at attention waiting for the orders, then blinked a few times, as the mission was announced. A beer run, they were going to risk their lives for a beer run? Namyr would have bursted out in laughter if Darr-Rann hadn't looked so serious about the mission. Then he said it was volunteer, and for a moment Namyr thought she'd say no, even though another night stuck in her room made her brain hurt. Then a guy nearby spoke to her and she turned her head to his voice, she couldn't recall his name or if they had even been introduced.

"Come on, it'll be fun!" he told her. Namyr had to keep her cheek from turning dark burgundy and turned away from the guy and shrugging before raising her hand. Not that the guy was good looking, but the fact that he had spoken to her so casually had surprised her after months of basic training and being use to always being yelled at.

As Darr-Rann released them to pack for the mission, Namyr turned to pack her things only to be stopped by the guy who had encouraged her to take part in the mission. Rogueboy, that's what he called himself, it was an odd name, maybe a nickname, Namyr wasn't sure. As she shook his hand she noted how callused and strong his grip was, much different from her own hands, which looked tiny next to his.

Then they stood in front of each other in silence as Namyr fought the blush creeping to her cheeks, and thanked the gods she was red in color so it didn't show as much. She hid her emotions as she felt the emotions rolling of Rougeboy, first a common reaction to her attraction, which was a sweet spicy taste, then nervousness a tangy taste that made Namyr's tongue twist. Namyr was nervous herself, she hadn't had a decent conversation with anyone before she had run away, so she did what she always did when she was nervous, hand exercises designed to loosen up a Twi'lek's hands for a sword fight. Slowly she rolled her wrists, flexed her hands, then her fingers down to their tips. She did this several times during the awkward silence between them. Then she couldn't help laughing on the inside as she realized that Rougeboy's hair was sticking up at an odd angle.

Thankfully, Rogueboy said his good-byes, and Namyr frowned as she heard him cursing in Huttese, and she froze. she hated that language, it always made her ears tingle when she heard it. And she had heard it many times before from whatever Hutt was in town looking for slaves. Any friendliness she felt towards Rougeboy soured, most likely he was planning someway to sell her off to the highest bidder. Namyr decided to keep caution around Rogueboy in case he tried something stupid, like sell her, because if he tried she would make sure to kill him.

As soon as she saw Rogueboy leave the room Namyr headed for her own barracks room. When she got there she quickly applied a salve to her hands to keep them soft and healthy, she knew she was no shot with a pistol so had to be prepared to use her blades at anytime. And that meant keeping her hands in top condition because if she allowed her hands to become chapped or damaged she would have no chance in defending herself. Quickly with a soft piece of orange cloth, Namyr tied back and together her Lekku to keep them out of the way during the mission. Last thing she needed was for it to get in her way, or shot or cut off by her blades. She had seen it happen before, and didn't intend to come back from a beer raid with only on Lekku.

Quickly, Namyr packed the basics she would need and sighed on how much room she had left over in her bag. She had spent most of her money on her blades and had barely enough leftover for the basics. She shook her head, who was she kidding it was better this way, she had less junk to carry around. She shouldered her bag and left her room and began walking down the hall. She smiled a little as her blades clicked together as she walked, a constant reminder to Namyr of her weapons of choice. Her ears perked up as someone called her name, Namyr turned to see Aeos, Namyr had easily remembered the woman's name because to Namyr's relief Aeos was a woman and Namyr didn't have to worry about being the only female.

"Hey, what's going on?" Namyr asked as her face broke out into a smile revealing her very white teeth, her Twi'lek accent shone through her Basic, but was understandable, "This is a crazy first mission for me to go on, isn't it?"

Rogueboy went into his room and opened his closet, shoving his clothes aside and pulling out a loose board he found his safe. Rogue dug deep into his pockets and withdrew a keycard which he swiped through and quickly punched in a few buttons.

There was the metallic sound of the lock sliding and the safe slowly opened revealing a miniature armoury, a number of blaster rifles and blaster handguns were stacked neately with the blaster rifles leaning up against the safe while the pistols were stuck onto backside of the safe door.

Rogue looked over his selection of rifles picking up a BMC-150 Rogue looked it over before putting it back.

I need a weapon that is more practical for this mission but would not limit my speed or confined areas.

Rogue packed his twin SH9 slugthrowers as a habit and looked over his selection of pistols. "hmm&" Rogue said to himself as he browsed. "Ah ha." Rogue said as he pulled a Kylan-3 off of the wall. Rogue supplemented his minor arsenal with a smoke signal grenade, two Nacht 5 smoke grenades, two flashbangs and, two frag grenades. Rogue also packed himself four clips of 9mm slugthrower ammo, a easy breathing gas mask, two ration packs, and a number of power packs.

Rogue bid Patch goodbye but the droid beeped furiously at him. "What is it Patch?" Rogue said as he grabbed the hologoggles and plugged them into a socket on Patch.

The letters "I want to come. Please?" appeared, Rogue sighed and grabbed his datapad in order to send a message to Darr.

To: Darr-Rann
From: Rogueboy

Message: Darr, can I bring Patch with us? I think he might be of some use if we need to deactivate any holocamms or automated turrets, I had some splicer programs installed on him. Not to mention he wants to come.

Rogueboy

Rogue decided to wait for Darr's answer before he decided to bring anything else along for the ride.

OOC: Darr ment to ask you earlier about bringing Patch along, also closing time

"Indeed, though tis the first time for me as well to go on a mission of this sorts," replied Aeos, Racus still remained in the back of her mind, and the unsettling manner in which Namyr studied her face slightly unnerved her. She grabbed for the first subject that reached her mind to keep the air between them comfortable, or so she thought.
"Your blades, won't it make a lot of noise clinging and clanking like that?" asked Aeos absent-minded. She regret the questioning immediately noticing Namyr's expression fall into a small frown.
"I'm well trained in them, if that is what you mean," she answered stiffly. Her yellow eyes flashed brightly when she blinked, creating a beautifully yet sharp contrast between the two colors. Aeos cringed inwardly cursing herself for her foolish question.
"Question came out wrong, " she mumbled and sighed.
"Got all your gear?" asked Aeos, hoping this question would lighten the slight tension which now existed between them.
"Yep, " she answered and patted her bag,
"You?"
"I jus need to get sum armor,  less bulk than those stormtroopers crap given to us,"
This earned a slightly forced chuckle from Namyr yet it made Aeos feel a tad-bit better.
"You don't seem to think much of whom you serve?" It was statement more then it was a question.
Aeos choked softly at the question. Second time she had been asked that today.
"'T'was a mistake I now pay," she answered staring up front.
"Nuff said bout me though, I think you'll enjoy this squad, the boys are rough diamonds and in any case they would never drop you. The kid you saw in the briefing, Leon, he lost his memory on the previous mission, Rogueboy-"

Laughter cut her off, Rogueboy's laughter.
"Hope its something good about to come from your mouth Aeos,"
"Oh? Might be surprised Rogue,"  replied Aeos, for a moment there uncomfortable silence, the threesome not knowing what to say. Aeos noticed Rogueboy avoiding both their eyes, especially Namyr's gaze.
Rogueboy cleared his throat loudly before speaking again,
"So, you girls ready? I'm about to find Darr, doesn't seem like he got my message, want to bring Patch with,"
"Patch?" asked Namyr.
"Little droid Rogue stole from our last mission, piece of junk in my opinion," Aeos received a soft shove from Rogue as reward for her comment.
"That droid is going to save your life one day,"
"Right now, its only the raid that will save me from dying of thirst," muttered Aeos biting her lip in laughter as they other two chuckled. Rogueboy said something, but what he said she never heard. Up ahead behind them, she suddenly recognized Racus' shadow. She shivered suddenly and clenched her fists.
"Everything alright?" asked Rogueboy slightly confused at the shift of her attitude.
"I need to get some stuff still, I'll see you in a bit, gotta run," she answered forcing to keep the quiver out of her voice.
She left the conversation as quick as she could, and headed towards Racus. Or so it seemed. As soon as fate allowed it, she turned sharp left into the next corridor.

Leon stared at the arsenal before him. Don't take anything lethal... Thought Leon remembering his Squad Leaders words. An array of weapons were scattered all over the floor, ranging from blaster rifles to pistols, and to knives and shock weapons. Leon picked up a seemingly harmless metal bar. Its label read, "Controller Force Pike." Leon examined the weapon, turning it end over end, looking for something that would activate the weapon. Near the hilt of the pike was a button that could be pushed up or down. If you flicked the switch down, it would go into stun mode, and if you flicked it up it would go into lethal mode.

"Perfect," said Leon aloud to himself. Flicking the switch down, Leon watched as the metal pole extended outwards, reaching a length of about two feet. A small zap of electricity flashed across the metal and then quickly faded away. At the end of the pike was a bulbous tip, which if swung hard enough would definitely knock someone out. Leon let out a crooked grin, he would definitely have some fun with this weapon. But Leon also needed a long range weapon. He new exactly what to pick.

Leon picked up an E-11 Blaster Rifle, the perfect weapon to do the job. It was small, powerful, and had stun settings. Leon quickly scanned his room making sure there was nothing else he needed, and then hurried off towards the meeting point. A couple of other people were out and about, but other then that it was pretty quiet. As Leon walked he let his mind drift off to someplace else.

Three Days ago

Leon stood before the dull grey door in front of him. To the left of the door were the numbers 3412.

"This is the room," said Leon aloud to himself.

Leon took a step forward and watched as the dull grey door opened up for him, revealing what lay inside. The room was just as bleak as the hallway outside. There were no decorations on the wall, no chairs to sit on, and the only thing that stood apart from everything else was the wooden desk and the man sitting behind it. Leon took another step forward, hearing the automated door close behind him. Leon let his eyes hover around the room, and then finally made contact with the man before him.

Leon saw those same eyes, they were like his. The man had steel blue eyes, but not normal ones. Even though the man looked young, Leon could tell he wasn't. His eyes betrayed him, he had taken many lives. His features were sharp, like most soldiers he had seen. His hair was dark brown, and closely cropped. But his eyes once again betrayed him, this man was no ordinary soldier.

The two looked at each other in silence, not making a move or bothering to talk. Leon didn't know what to do, so he just stood there and waited for the man. Leon then suddenly realized what he had done wrong.

Leon puffed his chest out and angled his chin upwards, and then quickly snapped his arm out over his forehead.

"Lance Corporal Leon, sir," said Leon smoothly, trying to keep as calm as possible.

"At ease soldier. Now, lets make this quick, I have things to do and places to go," said the man. "I heard what happened, about you losing your memory. I was told to give you a brief description of what you're past life was like. You were born on the planet of Coruscant, abandoned by you're family, and left to die. One of our soldiers had found you, and decided to enroll you in the Imperial Academy for Kids. You were brought up there and were taught the ways of a soldier. And now, here you are. This place has been you're home for years, and the only place you have known. That's basically it, and don't bother asking my name, it won't matter anyways."

Leon blinked. A side of him believed the man, but another didn't. One thing that did make sense though about the story was why he was so good at killing. He had been trained since he was a kid. But it was just to plain. Maybe it was in the manner he explained it, but it just didn't add up.

Leon brought his eyes on the man. "I know there's something you aren't telling me."

A look of surprise shot across his face. "Are you questioning me soldier? If I were you I'd leave right now, because if you don't I will have you court marshaled."

And with that, Leon walked out. A small part of Leon wished he could kill that man, but the thought quickly went away.

Present

The thought of the incident placed a frown on Leon's face, but there was nothing he could do about it now. And hopefully, maybe, one of Leon's squad mates could help him out.

Rogueboy watched as Aeos pulled her disappearing act. Rogue sighed. "I hate it when she does that." He said to no one in particular.

Namyr tilted her head. "Talking about Aeos?" Rogue picked her tone as a slight notch less than hostile.

Rogue looked abashed. "Yeah, she puts herself under a lot of stress, but she keeps a cool head. We had this one mission on Illum she was minding an E-web while I was taking my sweet time setting it up. When the poodoo hits the fan she's there."

Namyr chuckled. "Do you always compare your troopers to poodoo?"

Rogue's patience was at an end. "Listen we're squadmates, I don't need to like you and you don't need to like me, but we need to cover each others asses. All I need is for you to trust me when I tell you; Namyr there's a grenade by your foot, and for you not to think I'm pranking you or something. Got it?"

Namyr nodded her head in understanding, as Rogue stalked furiously away from her. Why in the name of the Force can I not get a recruit that seemingly likes me right away. Rogue remembered fondly when he met Rayden Shiong and decked him in the face, which he returned the favour. Whatever happened to squad friendliness?

Rogue imagined him punching Namyr and the thought felt pleasant but he realized she would most likely use her swords to turn him into mince nerf meat. While Rogue was fairly skilled with a sword he could keep her at bay for a few minutes but he figured she had more speed whereas he probably had more power than her, it would be tricky and if Rogueboy hadn't sold that phrik shield he probably could of bested her, but as it stands he concedes the mental battle to her.

Rogue made his way to the designated hangar he was the first one there, so he set himself down and leaned against a crate and quickly grabbed a combat nap.

When Leon entered the hangar bay, he was surprised to see that only a sleeping Rogue was there. Leon, feeling a bit tired himself, walked over to where Rogue was lying down and sat next to him. Leon slowly closed his eyes; he would need all the rest he could get for the Beer Raid. A quick kick in the ribs made Leon's eye's shoot open. It was nothing hard, just a kick that made him turn to the left.

Leon looked to see a now grinning Rogue, his eye's wild with excitement.

"Leon, do you remember what beer is like?" Asked Rogue with a sheepish grin.

"Uh, well, no not really. What's so good about it?" Asked Leon with embarrassment.

"Are you kidding me? Are you firkin kidding me?" Asked Rogue with astonishment and then taking out a square package of some kind. Rogue pulled out a small stick that looked to be made of paper. He then took out a lighter, and lit the brown tip of the paper. Rogue put it to his mouth and inhaled, and then let out a hale of smoke, hitting Leon directly in the face. Leon blinked.

"Leon, Beer is the best thing man kind has ever made. It's our greatest invention, and always will be. It's been around before I was born, and it's my favorite thing to drink. I can't say the same for you but you looked like a drinker and I'm pretty sure you'll like it."

Leon blinked again.

"It's just great. I love the burn I get when I take a huge gulp, it feels great! And then, when you drink enough, you start to feel a bit buzzed, and then comes the part where you get drunk. See the only bad thing is that when you're drunk you can't really control yourself. It's a strange feeling. And then there's the hang over which sucks, but believe me its all worth it in the end. And then you do it again, and again and again. It never gets old," said Rogue with excitement, letting out another hale of smoke into Leon's face.

Leon cringed at the smell, but it didn't bug him that much. "So were going there to get drinks? Were going to risk our lives to get drinks? If it's worth ot then I guess it's a good idea. And what is that thing you're... puffing?" Said Leon.

"Oh this? It's a Cigarrilo, although I suggest you don't try them, there bad for you're health," said Rogue while turning away from Leon, and then letting out another puff of smoke.

"Uh, can I try one?" Asked Leon, feeling a bit stupid.

Rogue took a second to think about this, and then with hesitation pulled one out of the box. He put it in Leon's hand, and then lit the tip. "Now all you have to do is inhale, and then let it out, its as easy as that. I'm not sure you'll like it though."

Leon, with some hesitation, brought it to his lips. Leon took an exaggerated puff on the Cigarrilo, and let it out with a burst of coughs. The taste was horrible, and it made him feel hot inside. "Rogue..." said Leon through short coughs. "How do you smoke this stuff? It's horrible!"

"Well, it gets addicting after a while, and addictions are hard to break, that's why I suggest you don't try them anymore," said Rogue while snatching the Cigarrilo out of Leon's mouth and then tossing it on the floor.

"Drinking can also become a bad habit to, so I advise you, when you drink, do it with caution. To much of anything can be bad, no matter how good it is."

Leon turned away from Rogue, and leaned his back against the wall. "Thanks Rogue, I'm finally starting to learn things, you've been a great help so far. Hopefully one day I can repay you."

"You can, you wanna know how?"

"How?"

"By completing the Beer Raid."

Namyr chuckled inwardly at Aeos, as the woman asked about the clanging of Namyr's blades.  Obviously Aeos didn't know that she had two type of walks, one the normal everyday walking, that was graceful and pretty, then the other walk that was pure stealth, she moved like a giant cat, quiet, stalking.  The gaint of her walk changed completely, and her blades didn't clank together.  Namyr supposed Aeos was just concerned about the new solider giving away their postion.  Namyr's eyes narrowed slightly as Rogueboy was brought into the discussion, and only half listened to what was saying.

As Aeos left, Namyr felt her body stiffen, realizing that she was left alone with Rogueboy.  She frowned deeply, a creaseline appearing on her forehead as she glanced nervously at Rogueboy.  Without realizing it her hand was clutched around the hilt of her sword.  One would do, Rogueboy looked like he had the basics in swordplay, But Namyr had grown up training with a blade of some sort, Rogueboy wouldn't have a chance.  He might had more strength then her due to being a male, but under Namyr's soft curves was hard muscle.  This often came in handy when she was in Basic Training, she could usually throw an opponant off by using her strength and surprise her foe, and in that split second she usually attack and finsish them off.

Then her mind wandered back to the fact she was standing alone with Rogueboy and the crease on her forehead became deeper.  She wondered if he was directly associated with the Hutts, or maybe a lackie sent out to find the good produce, aka slaves, then put together a group for the kidnapping.  It wouldn't surprise her, she hadn heard accounts of it before.  But Namyr had to wonder, would Rogueboy dare try anything fishy with asquad of Stormtroopers running around?

Rogueboy was commenting something and not thinking, Namyr replied to his comment all the hostility in her voice.  She winced slightly at her tone, she hadn't wanted to come off so harsh.  Granted, Rogueboy was proabably the whipping boy of a Slaver, but his occasional silly comments would push her usual sober features into an almost smile, or at least her lips would twitch a little.  Then she brought her eyes up to Rogueboy as he began lecturing her about trust.  She bit her lip hard, to keep from talking back, after all he did outrank her, but her eyes shone with hate and rebellion.

"Namyr get ahold of your temper, come on count out your anger, he's not worth being sent to the brige for,", she thought to herself squeezing her eyes shut, so tight that red blotches appeared in the darkness of the inside of her eyelid.  Her breath became ragged as her mind shut out the anger in Rogue's speech.  Her hands went through their well known excerises, stretching them out, following a pattern. "Breathe in one, breath out one, breathe in two, breathe out two," she thought to herself her breathing following her mind.  Slowly she began to calm down and when she opened up her eyes again Rogueboy was gone.

Namyr let out a sigh that washed the rest of her anger away.  As she turned to walk towards the hanger to drop off her gear, Namyr went flying as she tripped over something.  Unlike her usual graceful self, Namyr went sprawling onto the floor.  She threw her hands out to catch herself, only to have them bent back painfully and scuffed by the floor.

"What the?" Namyr asked getting to her feet and sucking on the palm of her hand and turned to see what she had tripped over, "A droid, oh you must be thatch, no that's not right Patch, that's it.  Figure's, even the Squad's droid is against me," she said with a sigh fighting back tears.  She hadn't expected to come through and be buddy buddy with everyone else, but Namyr felt like a fish out of water among all the older soliders.

"So Patch," Namyr said taking out a Bacta patch from her equipment and began tending to her scrap, "You live with Rogueboy, that had to be...erm, interesting," she commented cleaning out her wound, "I mean don't get me wrong, he seems like a nice guy, kind of cute in a goofy way, no I don't like him like that, he's too pushy for my taste, and I'm trying to stay out of trouble, not having a home to go back to will do that to you, but how can you stand it?  I just couldn't stand living with a trader, you know?  I wonder, does he bring the slaves he capture home, or set them in cargo bays to be smuggled?" she asked sounding really bitter as she applied the Bacta patch, "Guess it doesn't matter asking you questions, it's not like you can speak," she added her yellow eyes glimmering slightly, 'Well I might as well go and apologize to Rogue to keep in his good graces, he is a teammate, and knowing my luck he'll end up saving me or something," she sai standing up straight and turning around, "See you Patch, you're a great listener, we should do this again, I'll buy you a drink," she added with a chuckle as she left the room.

Namyr walked down the hallway and entered the Hanger Bay, she looked around impressed with the vechicles she saw.  She wondered if she could get some training on operating them, Namyr couldn't help but grin at taking out one of the ground vechicles to clear her head. An odd smell came to Namyr's nose and she coughed before going into a set of at least twenty sneezes in a row.  Eyes watering, she found the source of the smell, some sort of cigar that Rougeboy was smoking.  She wrinkled her nose but continued walking towards him.  Unknowing to her, Namyr's gait slid into her stealth one and came up on Rogueboy and another man without a sound.

"Uh, Rougeboy?" Namyr said quietly her fingers starting to do their stretches from her nervousness.

"Jessie Christ!" Rogueboy cried out and Namyr found herself looking down the barrels of two pistols, "Oh it's you," he then said his face contorting in anger at the site of Namyr.

Namyr's bit her lip, her mind racing unable to think of a way to start.  She pulled on her tied togther Lekku out of habit and tried to look anywhere but where Rogueboy was.  "Geez, all that training and you can't even come up with a decent apology, god you're pitiful," Namyr's mind told her and she sighed and shook her head, before smiling a dazzling smile at Rogueboy, "Nevermind," she said with a shrug and turned and walked away, climbing into the aircraft and putting away her gear.

Rogueboy watched as Namyr made her way up to the shuttle he checked out her voluptuous curves as she did it. Rogue than put dropped his cigarillo and stomped on it, turning to Leon he started a conversation. "That new recruit makes me nervous, I get the feeling she wants to slit my throat."

Leon laughed. "Well, give her some credit she just had a good chance to."

Rogue took that into consideration. "I can't wait to get this mission underway I want to get drunk."

Leon raised an eyebrow and asked a question. "Rogue what's your favourite drink?"

"I prefer Corellian whiskey, it's harsh tasting but smooth going down and it punches like a rancor." Rogueboy replied, his eyes half closed in a near euphoria state one can only get from past memories.

Leon began to feel a tad uncomfortable. "I'm uhh...gonna go join Namyr on the ship, see you there."

Leon went on the ship, Rogue watched his retreating back as it made its ascent up the ramp. A loud beep behind Rogue made him turn around, Patch came rolling his way up to Rogue beeping excitedly.

Rogue searched through his combat pockets and pouches for his pair of droid oriented holo-goggles, which he would plug into Patch's socket and allow him to see what Patch was saying. Rogue read "I ran into a red Twi'lek, who was she?"

A sigh escaped from Rogue's lips almost immediately. "That's the new squad medic, Namyr is her name, I don't think she likes me."

More beeps came from Patch's verbal sensors "That's not good, you should have a beer with her and talk to her."

A chuckle escaped from Rogue. "Patch I think I'm more likely to get a dagger in my back before a chance to say anything, I'm going to sit tight and try not to provoke her, if she wants a fight I'll just call it friendly fire." Rogue swore. "Everything in the squad seemed to go smoothly until she arrived, damn demon that she is."

Patch's beeps made Rogue feel like the little droid was laughing at him, which naturally he was. "hehehe I think she's just scared and confused, perhaps needs a friend."

Rogue choked and coughed when he read that, the thought that such a beautiful creature would need a friend amused him to no end. "No I don't imagine that as the case, lets go on the ship, I need a drink ASAP."

Leon stared down at his feet, trying to think of something that would break the awkward silence between the human and the Twi'Lek.

"Sooo..."

Leon said sheepishly while tilting his head up to look at the Twi'Lek. She took a quick look at Leon, and then returned to twiddling her fingers. A frown came across Leon's face and then he brought his eyes back to the metallic floor of the ship. A couple of moments later, Leon could hear Rogue walking up the ramp of the Landing Craft, accompanied with his R2 Droid. Rogue stopped when he got to the entrance of the Landing Craft, took a brief glance at Namyr, and then took a seat next to Leon.

Leon decided he should give it another try, the silence was unbearable. "So Namyr, how do you like the squad so far?"

Namyr brought her gaze upon Leon. "It's interesting. I'm just glad I made it out of basic training; it's a pain to have someone constantly shouting in you're ear."

Leon frowned; he didn't know a thing about this Basic Training. But instead of trying to make a fool out of himself, Leon just went along with it and nodded his head. "And what brought you here?"

Namyr frowned, Leon new he had just said the wrong thing. "I prefer not to talk about it if you don't mind."

"Oh sorry, didn't mean to offend you or anything," said Leon, feeling ashamed of what he had just asked. Leon continued to stare at the Twi'Lek, admiring her beauty, and then returned to staring at the floor.

fifteen awkward minutes later

The Landing Craft was now filled with the Raider squad, and now all they needed was Darr-Rann. A few greetings had been thrown at each other, but no other talk. Preditor just didn't talk much, Rayden was pretty much the same, and Aeos seemed to be worried about something. Leon just wanted to leave already.

And like an answer to his prayer, Darr-Rann arrived, accompanied with another man that looked to be a pilot.  "What's with all the frowns? Shouldn't you all be happy that were going to stock up on supplies?" Darr-Rann asked with a grin.

Rogue mumbled something, followed by an angry look from Namyr.

Leon gave a quick nod to the squad leader as he walked by, and then returned to staring at the floor.

Darr walked in with the pilot and made an introduction. "This is Demonic, he's a friend of mine who volunteered for this missio, so treat him with as much respect as you do me, got it?"

The troopers nodded in mute obedience as Demonic walked past them into the cockpit, Rogue studied him as he walked past. Demonic had black hair, red eyes, thin, and was taller than Rogue's six feet, the man gave Rogue a feeling of hidden power. Darr sat down the closest to the cockpit door.

"Alright troops, I got good news and I got some bad news; bad news first we're going in blind which means I did not have time to get any intelligence on the building we're raiding all I got is an address and a general location. It is located on the planet Teel in the industrial section; we are expecting light private security forces and a response rate from the local New Republic base to be from anywhere from ten minutes to thirty. Because I didn't have the time I'm looking at the galactic average. Good news; I brought some armour for everyone to test out, as well I brought a ordnance lifter droid so we would not have to do the hard part. Any questions?"

Namyra raised her arm. "Yes, Private First Class?" Darr asked with an eyebrow raised.

The red Twi'lek calmly asked her question. "Sergeant, is there an estimated number of security personnel?"

Darr gave her a frank expression. "I honestly couldn't tell you, if I told you there were twenty of them and it turns out there is twenty-one that one sucker might be the one to call in reinforcements, obviously we are going in stealthy, any other questions?"

When none were asked, Darr opened the door. "Demonic get us out of this dry city."

Demonic's voice was raspy as he said. "With pleasure, Darr."

Rogue looked down at the floor, he could feel Namyr's hot stare of hatred as if she was the sun herself. "Bullocks to this, I'm gonna get geared up." Rogue said as he went to the ladder which was at the opposite side of the room from the cockpit.

The ladder was a fairly long way down and when Rogue's boot touched on metal he felt at ease, the cargo area was huge and all of a sudden Rogue felt so small. He looked around and found a small locker set up with the armour inside.

A few minutes later Rogue was fully equipped in his armour and his weapons all stowed securely and safely. Rogue looked around and could barely make out Patch talking to the ordnance droid, the sound of a heel hitting metal came unbidden to Rogue's ears. He turned around and saw Darr. "Hey Sergeant, whats up?"

Darr looked around the cargo area. "I think Demonic could use a little company and I need to armour up, sound good?"

A chuckle escaped Rogue's lips before he could conceal it. "With pleasure Sergeant, always wanted to ask a pilot a bunch of annoying questions."

Rogue hurried over to where the ladder lay and began climbing it as fast as he could, Darr's laughter echoing behind him. The squad greeted Rogue as he topped the ladder some of them with questioning looks on their faces, Rogue walked past them and entered the cockpit.

Demonic's freaky facial features revealed themselves as he did a full one-eighty degree turn with the pilot's chair. "What are you here for trooper?"

"I was err... Darr suggested I keep you company, and since I've never been in a cockpit before I was kind of curious." Rogueboy confessed

"Ahh...well in that case have a seat." Demonic said offering Rogue the co-pilot's seat. "While I will be doing most of the piloting I will teach you some of the basics."

Demonic pressed a few buttons and the cargo ship used its repulsorlifts to hover on the landing platform, he than pushed the thruster forward. Rogue felt as if he was being pushed back, until the inertial compensator kicked in and he felt normal again.

Rogue asked Demonic "what's our ETA?"

Demonic shrugged. "I'm too lazy to compute it, you do it with the basics I taught you."

Rogue did just that, and came up with thirty minutes.

Namyr had been taking out her music pod as she heard someone come up the stairs. She frowned half expecting it to be Rougeboy, but her frown was smoothed out into a line as the other guy that had been with Rogueboy came in. Namyr had to search her brain for a moment to remember his name. Leon, that was it, he must have gotten tired of the nasty smell that those cigars that Rogueboy had been smoking.

Without really looking at Leon, though she did note that he was young, very young to be in the Corps, and that he had pretty blue eyes, Namyr sat down and fiddled with the strings on her music pod. There was an awkward silence between them, Namyr's cheeks flushed as she felt Leon's eyes on her studying her. And the Twi'lek wished that she had born as something else or maybe that she could take after her great, great, great Grandmother and stab out the eyes of a group of traders that had been staring at her. But somehow Namyr knew this wasn't the practice of making friends.

Namyr's body stiffened as she looked up to another par of footsteps and she looked at Rogueboy, then looked away. She'd buy him a drink sometime to apologize to him, that way she wouldn't have to talk too much to him. Namyr arched her eyebrows and looked at Leon as he asked her about Basic, and she gave him a simple but curt answer. Then he asked about her past and her features darkened.

"I don't really want to talk about it," she murmured looking down at her hands. How could she explain to these people about her family, or even about herself. She probably would only get pity, and Namyr didn't like being pitied, and who would understand what she went through to almost be sold by her own family? I was a hard subject for even her to swallow. Namyr's face scowled as she felt Leon's eyes studying her again and her hand itched to pick up her blade.

In near silence that made Namyr want to scream she waited for everyone else. She calmly did her finger and wrist exercises to keep herself busy, wincing slightly at the bandage on her hands and the soreness in her wrists from her fall. She watched as the ship began to fill up, and breathed a sigh of relief, most of her squad-mates were human which meant if anyone was hurt she would know what to do. She frowned slightly at Preditor, she hadn't studied anything about his species, and hoped to the gods that he wouldn't get hurt.

"What's with all the frowns? Shouldn't you all be happy that were going to stock up on supplies?" Darr-Rann asked with a grin as he came onto the ship followed by a man that he later introduced as Demonic.

"You try being a frickin ray of sunshine, when there's a Twi'lek wanting to kill you a few feet from you," Rogueboy murmured, Namyr felt her temper begin to rise but quickly got ahold of herself, she could always wait until Rogueboy was passed out drunk to have her revenge on him, or at least paint on his face with permanent plant extract. But still the comment chaffed her, did Rogueboy realize if she had wanted to kill him, she could have. Yes she was wary of him, but she of all people didn't want him dead, occasionally his jokes could be funny and Namyr out of all people could use a laugh.

Namyr listened to the briefing and felt confused, they were going in blind, was this changing from a beer run to a suicide mission. Shakily, Namyr asked about how many forces would they go again only to get an unsettling reply from Darr-Rann. She chewed on her bottom lip, suddenly feeling really nervous about their first mission. But then she couldn't help but grin at the announcement that they were getting new armour, truth be told Namyr felt out of place with her shiny basic armour among the older members. She looked around at the rest of the squad to look at their reactions, most of them were calm or indifferent. Then Namyr looked at Rogueboy and her smile faded. She stared at him for a moment, the look on her face could have been taken for anger, but in reality she was studying him, him out of all people should have been hopping up and down like a Mooka needing to go out and pee.

Instead he was quiet, and Namyr took a closer look at him. He looked tired, no not tired exhausted like he had just gotten up from a nap that wasn't enough to refresh his body. His eyes were strange, she could have sworn that they had just been blue, but now they were a light green color. He had a strong jawbone and chin, but it still held a little boyish curve in it. Namyr had to remember that Roughboy was just that still a boy of about eighteen or nineteen.

Suddenly, looking frustrated Rogueboy got up and murmured something about getting his armour on and left rather quickly. Namyr blinked a few times and shook her head, he might be a kid, but a slaver could be anyone, she had seen nine year olds drag off victims. Namyr looked away from Rogueboy's retreating form and went back to untangling her music pod. She hated take offs and classical Twi'lek music helped her nerves. As soon as she saw that Rogueboy was out of the cargo area, she headed down herself and put on her armour, frowning slightly that it was a little tight across her chest, but then again the Corps didn't have a high number of Twi'lek women, so the shape of their bodies were usually ignored. Namyr would make do, as she gave her blades a few graceful twirls for her to get use to the armour's heavier weight. Carefully she strapped her blades back in place by her side and headed back to the rest of the squad.

She looked shyly at the floor as she walked and sat down, and quickly put on the earphones of her music pod as she felt the rumbling of the ship getting ready to take off.

The viewport of the cargo ship led through many beautiful visuals, Rogueboy had never had a viewport during any space flight that he could remember, as he sat in the co-pilot seat next to Demonic he couldn't resist his number one tension breaker. "Ahh I need a drink." Said Rogue, as he watched Demonic plot his course prior to entering hyper speed.

A snort and a retort was the response from Demonic. "With that one sentence, you just became a pilot."

Rogueboy laughed. "So Demonic how come you came on this mission?"

Demonic's voice turned serious. "Let's say I owe Darr a few steep favors, alright?"

The tone that Demonic used showed Rogue that there were no further questions on the subject. "Sounds good to me, how long you been a pilot and what kind of starships do you fly?"

Demonic's voice seemed to lose its rasp as he responded. "I've flown ships for about& four years now, and I usually fly starfighters but I'm able to fly bigger ships as you can see."

There was a few seconds of silence before Rogue continued with the inquisition. "How do you plan on passing through the NR patrol crafts?"

Demonic grinned which seemed to make his features appear more sinister. "Watch and learn young apprentice."

Rogueboy chuckled, that line came from a well known holo-drama that came out a few years ago. "I didn't particularly like that holo, found it to cliché compared to the rest of the series."

There was a grunt of agreement and Demonic pressed a button to open the cockpit door. "We're going into hyperspeed in thirty seconds make sure everyone is strapped down."

The inky blackness of viewport was littered in stars and Rogue couldn't tear his gaze away from the beauty of it; it was as if the darkness was despair and there were only small glimmers of hope. That is how Rogue felt when a battle became too intense and people were dying all around him as he felt powerless over the situation.

Realization stepped back into Rogue as Demonic repeated his question for the third time. "You alright?" he asked ever so slightly concerned.

Rogue gave Demonic a glance before resuming his gaze at the stars. "I never really paid much attention to space until now, and I have to say it is absolutely stunning." Rogue said with a deep admiration in his eyes.

Demonic's demeanor turned serious. "I used to be in a speeder gang eventually something went down and I met Darr who pulled some strings for me to learn how to fly, I than joined a local anti-New Republic resistance and here I am. I always loved looking at the stars there's a certain majesty in it. Main problem is that enemies don't give me all the time I need to fully admire them. Anyways we're gonna go into hyperspace now."

Demonic punched a button and the viewport became full with white light.

Leon stared at the reflection in the mirror. He liked the way he looked in the armor, he found himself to be quite intimidating. And with his new hair cut, he could now see more of his facial features. I don't know why I didn't have my hair like this before, the old Leon must have been an idiot, thought Leon with a smirk. Leon disliked having a mop on his head, it made his face small, and people couldn't get a better look at his eyes. Leon liked his eyes; he found them to be intimidating. And his hair was pretty stylish to, instead of being all grown out, it was now cut short, and he could spike it up. But Leon preferred to just having the front spiked up.

Leon leaned closer to the mirror, trying to get a better look at his eyes. They were now green, due to the lack of light. But in the sun, they were a steel blue. Leon liked the way they changed. After exploring some more of his facial features, Leon left the bathroom. When he reached the top deck, Rogue appeared out of the Cockpit, and told everyone to get comfy; they were going into Hyper Space.

Leon sat across from Namyr again, and placed his helmet by his side. Once again the shuttle was quiet; the only sound to be heard was the rumble of the ships engines. Leon was going to try and start a conversation again, and this time he was going to keep it going. With new found determination, Leon spoke.

"Hey Namyr, do you like drinking?"

Namyr brought her gaze upon Leon, a dumb founded expression on her face. "Why do you ask?"

"Just wondering, I know for a fact though that Rogue loves it."

A smile spread across Namyr's face. "Yea I like it, its fun to drink every once and a while, it gets you loose."

"Ah I see. I don't really remember what drinking was like, but hopefully I'll survive the mission to find out," said Leon with a grin. "Oh, and are you nervous?"

"Well, just a little bit. But I'm pretty sure it will go away when I get that adrenaline pumping. And what do you mean you don't remember what drinking is like?"

A frown spread across Leon's face. "I lost my memory in the last mission. And as of now, I don't know anything about my family, or if I had a family. The doctor also told me that I have a little emotional problem. You know how you're nervous? Well, that doesn't happen to me, or at least I don't feel it the same way as you. But he also said in due time, that I'll start to regain bits of my memory and my emotional problem will come to an end."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. And by emotional problem, what exactly do you mean?"

"Well, you know how you're nervous? I don't feel that way at all, its just a little feeling in my stomach and that's all. I don't fear death either. It's a strange thing, I don't know how to explain it. I just don't think of things the same way others do. But I think the one thing that I do have in common with the rest of the squad is this thing called adrenaline. I like adrenaline, its one of the few feelings that I enjoy."

"Haha, yea adrenaline rushes do feel good. And it's a strange feeling, everything just comes to you naturally when you get adrenaline rushes, I love it!" Exclaimed Namyr with joy.

A smile snaked its away across Leon's face, he was finally starting to get to know his new squad mate. And hopefully, it was making her feel more at home.

As Rogue came out of the cockpit, Namyr took off her music pod headphones to listen to him tell them that they were going into Hyperdrive. Namyr's face turned into a scared/upset look as she looked at Rogue with pure horror. they weren't in hyperdrive already, but they were going so fast! Would the bumps be even worst? Was Demonic letting Rogueboy pilot because then they were all doomed.

Namyr could almost feel panic close in but she snapped out of it as Leon took a seat across from her. A glance at him reminded her of how young he was and a feeling that she wanted to protection welled up inside her. Namyr shook her head, he was a solider just like her, he didn't need protection, but none the less she still felt like protecting him. She then tilted her head to the side, his eyes were green now, did anyone on this suad's eyes stay the same color, she wondered.

Then Leon blind sided her with an odd question, "Do you like drinking?" he asked, she studied him for a moment. Was this a trick question, this boy obviously knew nothing about Twi'leks. Namyr knew that herself could hold a lot of alcohol, for the main reason that dancers on her planet were often given drinks from their fans and had to gain tolerance to keep on their feet. A drunk, puking dancer wasn't taken well by guests. Then her face broke out into a grin as Leon gave her some information on Rogue, so he liked to drink? This would be an interesting night, she bet Rogue was the type to keep no secrets once he got a couple drinks in him, it would be the perfect time to question him after a round of shots.

Namyr frowned a little as Leon began telling her about himself, no memory of his past. And the same feeling of protecting him became stronger. He was an interesting person though, as she couldn't help but like him. Namyr managed to keep her comments bright and cheerful for Leon so he wouldn't get depressed. Se grinned back at him with a white, toothy smile as he smirked at her.

"And hey don't worry, who needs a memory anyway, I'll trade you for my crappy past, for your non-past," she chuckled reaching over and patting Leon's hand, that is until the ship lurched into hyperdrive causing her to fall back into her seat gripping the bar over the seat. Knuckles light pink, and her face pale Namyr closed her eyes tightly until the rocking of the ship stopped. Slowly she opened her eyes and removed her hands and let out a small sigh of relief.

"Never flew much before the Corps," she said with a shrug, her forehead dotted with a cool sweat, 'Think I want to ask Demonic a couple questions about driving this thing," she then murmured her pale pink skin flushing dark Burgandy from the stares of her Squadmates. Namyr got up from her seat, clutching the bar as she walked up to the pilot's door and knocked.

A bead of sweat rolled down Rayden's forehead before falling through the air and splashing onto the hard floor.

Rayden drifted into the Teppou Kata mindset, his thought process turning calm, yet calculating. The lights were off in the room, making it pitch-black to the point were the average person would be unable to see their hand in front of their face. However, Rayden was not the average person. He had mechanical eyes that glowed white and were pupiless in the absence of light. With these eyes, Rayden could see twice as better in the dark then he could in the light. Even now, he could see perfectly.

Rayden entered the Teppou Kata fighting stance; arms forward, slightly bent, and palms up and facing outward.

"Start. Training Routine 67, please."

The three black spheres that were training droids whirred to life and hovered into the air. They began to hover in circles around him. The three droids were careful to stay out of arms length. They had obviously remembered what had happened last time.

Rayden noted the positions of each Droid in his peripheral vision. One was directly behind him, the second one hovering a few feet to the left of his temple, and the third in front of him, hovering up and down.

The first Droid fired it's stun laser. Rayden cocked his head backwards to avoid the shot then sidestepped out of the way of the blast fired at his legs from the second Droid. All three Droids then simultaneously opened fire, shooting discriminatingly at whatever body part looked the most vulnerable. Rayden jinked, jived, and twirled, successfully evading the little stun bolts of the Droids. If one were to watch, he would appear to be dancing, rather then using a rather deadly martial art.

Rayden ducked low to avoid a shot aimed at his head and slid forward, reaching out for the Droid in front of him. The little black sphere tried to hover out of reach, but was not fast enough. Rayden's robotic arm grabbed the ball before dropping it, were it landed with a dull thud. He had programmed the Droids to deactivate on contact.

The remaining two droids increased their firing tempo, as well as start to actually move around. Rayden gritted his teeth and shook his head, flicking off the collection of sweat that had pooled on the bridge of his nose. The last two droids would be more alert, thus amping up the difficulty.

Rayden twirled and ducked rapidly, going into overdrive to avoid getting hit. He leaped forward and rolled before coming up and grasping for the Droid that was again in front of him. This time, however, the Droid managed to hover out of reach. The droid snapped off two shots, one at Rayden's now exposed hand, and his neck. Rayden snapped his hand back and and cocked his head to the side, narrowly evading the second blaster bolt.

In his mind Rayden calculated the trajectories of the two Droids next few bolts and moved into the necessary position for his plan to work. Rayden maneuvered himself so that he was his his head was directly ahead of the Droid behind him, while the other Droid that he had attempted to hit was directly in front of him. basically, he was in their crossfire. The droid in front of fired, exactly were he had predicted, at his face. The Droid behind him fired at the back of his head. Rayden waited until the last second before dropping to the floor, watching both blaster bolts whiz by and impact against the two Droids on opposite sides of each other. The two training Droids overloaded from the stun bolts and sank to the floor. The lights came on in the room, indicating that the training session was over.

Rayden remained were he was, sprawled out on the cold hard floor; gasping for breath. He got up a few minutes later, aware of the fact that Raiders Squad was going to embark on their mission" soon. he frowned at the thought. He was slightly irritated that they even had time to go on a beer raid, despite the fact that there was a major war going on. But, beggars can't be choosers, and Rayden preferred going on a beer raid as opposed to doing nothing.

Rayden collected the defeated Training Droids and left the training room and headed to his quarters, hoping to take a quick shower.

Aeos  sat with her back turned away from the rest. In her hands she was playing with the whip she found on Darr-Rann's chair.  Unlike the normal whips she was used to, this one had a hard grip which was not flexible at all. Her hand could fit two times in length with it, though the upper  half was clearly not meant for handling due to the small various little pads situated on comfortable reachable places around the handle. It was covered in a black rubber-like material where she supposed to grip it.  A small button drew her attention as it was situated away from the rest, at the bottom of the handle. Curiosity urged her to press it and which she did. Within a flash a blade protruded from the back of the handle and the same length as the handle. A small dagger in its own way.

"Shit!" she exclaimed loudly as it seared across her hand cleaving through the exposed skin.  Blood dripped immediately. The cut extended from the knuckle of her index finger to her wrist. Cursing she clipped the whip back to her utility belt ashe she stood up. One thought, or rather question, she managed to retain while concentrating on stopping the blood was what Darr-Rann was doing with such a weapon. A door hissed, Aeos looked up.

"Rogue, mind taking a look at this?" she asked Rogue who was in the act of making him self comfortable in the seat the Twi'lek left available.
Rogue nodded and took her hand gently which started shaking slightly. It was still bleeding freely as the cut went into her hand a few millimeters down.
"We will have to do with stitches here, no fancy gadgets, should I call Dar-"
"No!....no," replied Aeos slightly panicked at the thought of Darr-Rann asking questions. Suddenly she wasn't so keen on handing him the whip and image-caster back. This might be the answer. Ever since she had transferred from the other side of the planet to WildCard platoon she confronted daily with questions about why she resembled another sergeant who served the Vast Empire not so long ago.
"Well, I'm dangerous with this kind of thing," said Rogueboy uncomfortable at the thought of causing more damage to her hand. He ruffled his dark brown hair in concentration.
"Didn't Nam mention about going into medic, could you go call her?" asked Aeos pleading with her eyes.
"Why not Darr-"
"Rogue, Darr must not find out about this, he will ask questions,"
Rogueboy frowned,
"Aeos, what are you talking about? What type of questions, " he asked, his voice suddenly suspicious yet concerned.
"Keep out of this," replied Aeos, now slightly aggressive. Rogueboy's eyes narrowed. He was used to Aeos loosing her temper, but this was the first time towards him.
"Fine, I will, but I will say this. Don't do anything stupid,"
"Yes, whatever, could you call Namyr?"
Rogueboy didn't seem to pleased when he left, though Aeos suspected one of the reasons was the prospect at talking with the twi'lek who had a temper even more unstable then her own

Minutes later Namyr emerged from the cockpit, very agitated at being disturbed.
"I don't have any previous medical experience Aeos," she muttered while flexing her fingers.
"Yes, but I prefer a feminine touch over Rogueboy's care, " replied Aeos sighing, glad Namyr didn't ask why she didn't go to Darr-Rann, meaning Rogueboy must have explained to her. Rogueboy stood at the side, his arms crossed, he seemed less tense then usual after conversing with Namyr. At the moment he was pretending to look abashed at Aeos' comment though Aeos caught his glance on Namyr.

A smirk tugged at Namyr's lips.
"Yes, anything over Rogueboy' s touch," she replied and sat down next to Aeos.
"We just need a piece of string and one of those needle thingies," said Aeos suddenly nervous at the thought of someone sowing her skin back together.
"I'll get one, " volunteered Rogueboy quickly, glad to escape the conversation.
"Thanks," muttered Namyr curtly.
Lets hope Nams becomes a bit more trusting towards us, Aeos thought to her self sighing. She flashed a grin when Namyr glanced up at her.
"What are you grinning about, in a few minutes I'm putting a needle through your skin as pay back for interrupting me, "  muttered Namyr as she emptied a bottle of water over Aeos' hand. Aeos winced at the burning sensation. Trying to focus her mind on something else, she studied the Twi'lek as she cleaned the wound. She could sense Namyr was older then herself, not just in the physical world, but as well as mentally. Her eyes rested uncomfortably on the two twin scars across Namyr's face.
Aeos was tempted to ask Namyr about her culture and race, having never met a twi'lek face to face before, though she refrained. Judging from how Namyr reacted in previous conversations Aeos suspected Namyr was a very private person.

"Aeos, who was the guy you talked to earlier back at base?" asked another voice suddenly. Leon seated himself across her. Recovering from the sudden shock at his appearance Aeos frowned. She didn't notice him leave, nor return.
"My brother," she answered dryly ignoring the tugging at her temper.

Namyr smirked slightly as the cockpit was opened and she stepped inside. She glanced around studying the small room for a minute taking in all the equipment, before she noticed that Rogueboy was staring at her with a curious, bitter look, and that Demonic was staring at her as well. Oh yeah, she guessed she should explain why she was in the cockpit.

"Um, I was just interested on how to fly the ship," she said quietly playing with her tied up Lekku. She felt her cheeks burn from it's blush, she hated when she was called out like this, to explain herself.

"Sorry Namyr, the Cockpit is called the cockpit for a reason, no women-folk allowed," Rogueboy piped in with a cocky smirk on his face. Namyr's face turned into rage, as she easily picked Rogueboy up by the collar of his armour and set him outside of the Cockpit and gave him such a venomous look that he merely sat down, looking stunned. Namyr guessed he didn't realize how strong she was, most people didn't realize how heavy Twi'lek dancing blades were, or how much muscle it took to dance with them for an entire day.

"Anyway," Namyr said forcing a bright smile on her face as she took Rogue's seat.

"Well, let's see, these are the basic controls," Demonic said his voice filled with a little humour, "Throttle, thrust, the wheel of course turns the ship in whatever direction," he began before the cockpit door opened and Rogueboy stepped inside again. Namyr turned and glared at him for a moment.

"Hey don't look at me like that," Rogueboy said holding his hands up, 'Listen, Aeos managed to injure herself. It's pretty bad, she need stitches and is bleeding all over the place. This isn't something where you can slap a Bacta patch on and keep going."

"Then get Darr, I'm busy," Namyr said turning away.

"Nams, she's asking for you, she doesn't want Darr, only you," Rogueboy said in a soft tone that made her turn a look at him with a raised eyebrow looking straight into Rougeboy's eyes, her own hard yellow eyes softening a little, before she sighed and got up and pushed past Rogueboy a little more roughly then she intended to.

She walked out and looked down at the blood that was dripping on the floor below Aeos. As soon as she saw the wound, Namyr's fingers began their exercises as she cleared her head on what to do. "I don't have any previous medical experience Aeos," she told the other woman her voice low as she took Aeos' hand in her own smooth cool one and inspected the would closely. She couldn't help but chuckle at Aeos' comment about Rogueboy's touch.

A smirk escaped Namyr's lips, as she enjoyed talking to Aeos, it was nice to have someone speak to her in a friendly manner once and a while. Grabbing a bottle of water, Namyr quickly cleaned out the wound enough so she could see what she was doing as she stitched. Namyr glanced up at Rogueboy as he handed her a nylon string and a needle, "Thanks Rogue, could you get me some bandages, a Bacta patch, some pain killers and a cloth to clean up the blood on the floor?" she asked with a half smile, to let him know that everything would be alright, before going back to the wound.

"Here, bite on this," Namyr said handing Aeos a small cylinder of wood. Aeos nodded at bit down on the wood as the needle went into her skin as Namyr began stitching. Quietly, but quickly and neatly stitched up the wound. With a twirl of the thread a needle Namyr tied off the wound and the stitches and cut it.

"Here the stuff you wanted," Rogue said handing Namyr the supplies stacked on one another.

"Thanks," Namyr said taking the Bacta patch and putting it on the worst of the wound, then wrapping up Aeos' hand with the bandages, tight but not too tight. She didn't pay attention to the conversation between Leon and Aeos, it was none of her business.

"OKay, you should be alright, but if you break out into a fever, have extreme swelling, or insane pain, you'll have to see Darr, you might have an infection," Namyr said quickly mopping up the blood and then throwing away the cloth, "Also go lightly on that hand you might tear the stitches if you're too rough or try to do any extreme flexibility," she added for good measure before looking around a little unsure of herself and sitting down across from Aeos and putting her Music pod back on. But as she did her fingers brushed against the scars that had been covered up by tattoos on her cheeks. Aeos had been staring at them, had she figured out that the tattoos weren't a fashion statement? Namyr shivered slightly and looked down at her hands.  Those few months where she had been kidnapped still haunted her.  Quickly to keep herself from remembering what happened Namyr pushed those thoughts from her head and glared at Rogueboy.

"I'm surprised you didn't faint from the sight of blood," her voice chilled from the warm caring voice she had used before while caring for Aeos and asking supplies from Rogueboy.

The cockpit door slid open, Demonic and Rogueboy turned around to see Namyr standing there with near maroon cheeks. She said something which Rogue retorted, she than grabbed him by his neck guard and shoved him out of the room. Rogue stumbled a few feet before attempting to save his pride by sitting down next to Aeos, glaring at Namyr's retreating back until the cockpit door slid shut.

Rogue walked through the door to find Aeos with blood slowly falling off her hand and pooling on the metal floor, Rogue looked at Aeos's eyes which were wide with fear. "Rogue, mind taking a look at this?"

The cut was deep just shy of the bone, a few seconds later Rogue found himself having to seek out Namyr's help, Rogue hesitated before opening the cockpit door. Namyr's glare was painful to stare at so he glanced at Demonic's questioning gaze. "Don't look at me like that, Listen, Aeos managed to injure herself. It's pretty bad, she need stitches and is bleeding all over the place. This isn't something where you can slap a Bacta patch on and keep going."

Namyr put on a pained expression and argued a bit but she finally conceded to the urgency in Rogue's tone, as she sat up from the co-pilot chair and followed Rogue out down the ladder and into where the troopers were sitting. Darr was currently downstairs putting his armour on.

There was a short conversation between the red Twi'lek and bleed trooper before Rogue was told to go get some medical supplies. Rogue put his feet on the sides of the ladder and slid down using only his hands to keep himself from falling, he touched down and turned around to come nose to nose with Darr. "Where you off to in such a rush?"

The trooper did a double take when he turned around. "I err...Namyr wants me to get her medic gear." Rogue lied, even though it pained him to do so to his commanding officer.

Rogue quickly gathered the supplies as he was looking through the first aid kit he noticed a roll of duct tape that was used to tape bandages tightly, he put that in one of his many pouches. Returning upstairs he gave Namyr her goodies.

"Thanks." Namyr said.

That's the nicest thing she has said to me since I met her, too bad its almost instinctive to say and as such I shouldn't read too much into it. Rogue thought to himself as he watched Namyr sew Aeos's hand up.

The patch up was finished and Namyr stood up to go back to the cockpit. "I'm surprised you didn't faint from the sight of blood." Namyr's voice resumed the coolness Rogue was used to.

"Blood doesn't do that to me, but red Twi'lek's make me angry, just thought you should know." Rogue said before sliding back down into the cargo area, frustrated.

Aeos glanced at Namyr again, then back at Rogueboy's retreating back. Scrunching her face up in a shrewd fashion she sighed.
"Of all the people Rogue and I have ever met, you are the one that seems to know what to push and what not to get him angry," she muttered shaking her head.
The twi'lek's expression remained a mask,
"Pray for the day-"
"Aeos!" Aeos spun around, careful to keep her hand tucked in at her side. Darr-Rann's head was cocked to the side. He had strange gleam in his eyes as he motioned her closer with his one hand.
"I just a received a message from a certain Gunnery Sergeant Kairo, you are considered to take over Nightstalkers, you will escorted to the Storm Platoon as soon you are done with this mission,"
All colour drained from Aeos' face.
"What!" she exclaimed slightly too loud causing a few troopers to look up confused.
"You don't seem happy about this,"
Aeos composed her quickly and took a deep breath.
"I need a drink....urgently, "
Darr-Rann chuckled at the nervous Sergeant in front of him.
"But seriously, is this bad news? " he asked concerned.
"No, no, no, but right now Nightstalkers is not my objective. Raiding a liquor store is,"
Darr-Rann nodded, seemingly under the impression that he understood what went through Aeos' head. His gaze fell on her hand.
"What happened?" he asked stern suddenly.
Stuttering Aeos backed away in defense, cursing her disability to bend the truth or lie without giving herself away.
"No-nothing, just a scratch, if you don't mind, Sir, excuse me, " Aeos evaporated as fast as space and speed allowed her to. Though she could still feel Darr-Rann's glance burn on her back.

Aeos tucked herself away in the darkest corner she could find in her mind. Now, she had three pressing matters to attend to. Her brother, Nightstalkers and the phantom double of herself.
What was this Gunnery Sergeant thinking! If he did his homework probably, he would know she was not the candidate to take over that ghost-squad. Racus must have put someone up to this. He along with a select few others were under the impression that she had a lot of potential for her career as Imperial while other's had very contradicting thoughts in return.

Though, the issues that has risen recently through their previous mission, and not only that. She was constantly mistaken for someone she was not. Dropping her head against the wall beside her, Aeos took a deep breath and and a curse escaped her mouth, earning a chuckle from Rogueboy who seated himself across her.

"You are getting your ego destroyed with Red in the area Rogue, " she muttered good-heartedly.
Rogueboy snorted and crossed his arms crossly. The twi'lek seemed to sense that their conversation was about her because she was suddenly staring at them with narrowed eyes. Aeos had the most awkward and strangest feeling of all that the twi'lek in fact did hear what she just said. Shrugging it off she offered Rogueboy half-a-rationbar. Rogueboy chuckled at this, and for the sake of it accepted the offer.
"Still tastes like shit, "
A sudden thought struck Aeos suddenly.
"Rogue, need to ask you something, "
"Keep the twi'lek out of it, " he mumbled.
"No, not about her, about me,"
Rogueboy lifted his head stared at her,
"Something tells me, this is one of the reasons you are avoiding Darr-Rann about your hand,"
"It tis, " answered Aeos,  in her hand she clasped the image-caster. She hadn't activated it yet, but she could already guess what was on it.
She activated it, and a blue hue shot up and hovered in the air. It was Darr-Rann, though his face seemed more care-free then it was now, almost younger. He was carrying another woman on his back who's head was thrown back in laughter. In front of them, with legs crossed, sat another woman who could have been Aeos' twin was it possible. There were slight differences between though such as the blue highlights streaking through Aeos' hair. In double's hand was the same whip now clipped to Aeos' belt.
"Shite, your spitting image," Rogue exclaimed softly yet surprised.
"You keep your mouth shut about this, "
"Cross my heart,"
"You know her?" asked Aeos gripping her hands together in a small prayer of hope.
Rogue leaned back, letting out a low whistle.
"Not know her, but she was Darr-Rann's best friend. Evani, I think she left to the Dark-Dragoons squad or something, the other girl is Dawn, Darr-Rann's future hell," he muttered attempting a small joke. It worked, bring out a chuckle from Aeos.
"My advice to you, ask Dawn,"
Aeos nodded, she flipped the image-caster back into her bag hearing footsteps nearing from behind.
She had a name now at last, Evani....

Namyr pursed her lips and glared at Rogueboy as he made his comment, "Good because little boys, who run around acting like their the gods gift to women make me even angrier," she after him in Twi'leki, her lekku arcing as she spoke. Namyr crossed her arms and sat down in a huff, why did she let the human bother her so much, perhaps because he could shot back any insult she could throw at him. Heck she had been nice, as she was just stating a fact, most slavers she had met got woozy around the sight of blood. Namyr looked at her nails and chewed on a hangnail as she thought to herself.

"Of all the people Rogue and I have ever met, you are the one that seems to know what to push and what not to get him angry," Aeos piped in breaking Namyr's thoughts. Namyr turned and looked at Aeos, too shocked for her facial features to change or even answer the woman. Aeos was about to say something else when Darr came into the compartment. Namyr quickly went back to looking at her nails when Aeos and Darr talked to each other. Her hand shook slightly, afraid that Darr would find out that she had done Aeos' stitches and sent her to the brig for practicing medicine without proper training. A cold sweat appeared on Namyr's forehead and her fingers began flexing. What would she do, they'd probably take away her pay, make her do extra duties, and probably Rogueboy would mock her all the way. and at the thought of Rogueboy laughing at her made Namyr's temper flare.

Suddenly, Namyr's ears perked at the mention of her. She turned her head and saw Rogueboy and Aeos staring at her, her eyes narrowed and she wondered what they were talking about. Probably hazing her of some sort, Namyr would deal with that in due time. She turned her head away from them, but kept her ears tuned in on their conversation. She blinked a few times in puzzlement on what was being said. Then when they seemed to be finished talking Namyr let out a sigh and got to her feet and walked over to them and held out a small flask. Her cheeks turned dark Burgundy as she glanced at the two of them, catching both of their stares.

"Cassandran Choholl," she said handing the flask to Rogue, "It seems like you need some alcohol Aeos, and Rogue I was serious when I thanked you for your help," she said her cheeks growing even redder as she looked at the floor and quickly went back to her seat. She nervously looked at her hands and bit her lip again, she had been saving that alcohol for a special occasion, but she supposed the two of them needed it more then her. Which was fine, but she hated the stares they were giving her. Was she really that unfriendly, that when she did something nice it caused people to become paranoid? Namyr managed a smirk, maybe she should randomly be nice to Rogueboy a little more, she wouldn't mind keeping him on the verge of a mental breakdown from her mood swings.

With eyes wide open Rogueboy stared at Namyr, the little flask he was carrying was easily worth five hundred Imperial Credits; it was really grade A stuff. "Are you...sure?" Rogue stammered as if all his dreams have been realized.

Namyr smiles, winks, and raises a finger to her lips. "Shh! Don't let Darr catch us, otherwise we might be thrown into the brig."

The bottle felt heavier than it should of, was it just Rogue's imagination or did Namyr slip something into it; possibly to kill all of Raiders or just to put them to sleep so she could knife him and no one would be the wiser. Am I really becoming this paranoid? I want to trust her, but I can't, or at least not yet.

Rogueboy hands the flask back to Namyr. "Sharing is caring." The fake grin on Rogue's face wasn't very hard to see through.

The expression on Namyr's face told him that she understood his concern grinning just as fake as he was she put the flask to her licks and took a gulp bringing it down she audibly swallowed. "Your turn Rogueboy."

Ahh, to hell with it. Rogue grabbed the flask and downed a mouthful; the liquid was strong, almost repulsive yet it's taste vaguely reminded Rogue of many nights of fun. With his eyes closed Rogue was almost able to picture a club full of differing species all partying as one, drinks raised up high thin, thick, skin, scales, all kinds of bodies dancing to a beat that was almost tantalizing. With the flask lowered he handed it to Aeos who took a sip as well.

"Thank you Namyr, that was much needed." Rogue watched as the flask was passed around, a few of the troopers politely refused, and each one that did made Rogue's greed increase slightly. While he knew that he should restrain himself but a part of him didn't want to, he took another impressive gulp.

Within a few minutes the drinkers were tipsy, Rogue was more on the side of drunk but he was able to mask it well. Rogue heard footsteps approaching the door and he quickly put his helmet on. It was Darr, the flask mysteriously disappeared.

"Hey guys and girls, we're almost to the landing zone, last call for armour." Darr said, before popping back into the cockpit.

Leon and Preditor went in the back to get their armour, as the door closed behind them Rogue removed his helmet. "That was a close one, Namyr care to pass the flask?"

Namyr could help but let a chuckle escape her lips as Rogueboy looked at her like she was the Messiah herself. Who couldn't help but laugh at such a funny expression? Namyr felt most of the hatred disappear from her body as Rogueboy stumbled over his words to ask her is she was sure.

"Shh! Don't let Darr catch us, otherwise we might be thrown into the brig," she said shushing Rogueboy and putting a finger to her lips, and giving him a rare wink. She then couldn't help giving Rogue a shiny smile as his eyes suddenly looked nervous. He pasted on an obviously fake grin and wanted her to take a drink first.

"Sharing is Caring," Rogueboy told her and Namyr chuckled and realized why Rogueboy looked so worried. He thought that she had poisoned the drink, like she would waste such good alcohol on a revenge against him. She wished he'd give her more credit then that. Still grinning, Namyr took the flask and took a long drink and smacked her lips as she swallow the burning liquid and warm spread out her entire body. Instantly she felt herself relax and take the seat on the other side of Rogueboy.

She watched him with curiosity as he took a long gulp and closed his eyes, almost like he was remembering something. Gently, Namyr pulled the flask out of his hand and took another swig, the moment causing Rogueboy to open his eyes and take the flask back and pass it around. But after each person he took another swig. Namyr's cheeks flushed as Rogueboy thanked her and she politely refused the flask as it was passed back to her.

She was still holding the flask when she heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Namyr looked around for a place to hit the flask, and then put it in the only place she could think of, she shoved the flask down the front of her armour, where it nestled against her skin, hidden from view as Darr came into the compartment.

"Hey guys and girls, we're almost to the landing zone, last call for armour," Darr said before disappearing again, Preditor and Leon got up to change into their armor and Namyr watched them leave with a pretty smile on her lips, she was feeling good, and very relaxed.

Rogueboy took off his helmet and turned towards Namyr, "That was a close one, Namyr care to pass the flask?" he asked and Namyr grinned and leaned towards him, their faces barely inches apart.

"There's a problem with that," she said digging around in her armor, "I lost the flask somewhere in my armour," she giggled before her hand took hold of the flask and she pulled it out with a small giggle, 'there it is, I was afraid it was lost forever," she chuckled handing the flask to Rogueboy and looking into Rogueboy's eyes, they were really nice eyes, she thought to herself before her cheeks flushed and she backed up and turned away realizing how stupid she was being, she was acting like a first year dancer on her first trip to a bar.

Namyr scowled a little bit at her actions, but then her face was replaced with worry as the ship entered the atmosphere and began it's rocky descent. Namyr clung onto the seat and closed her eyes wishing it was over.

The proffered flask was accepted by Rogueboy as he also laughed at Namyr's secret hiding spot, when her face was inches from his face he could see every detail single detail that created the red Twi'lek from the twin tattoo's on each cheek depicting the swords she carried on her back, to the way her yellow eyes seemed to twinkle in an alien beauty. Namyr's breath smelled like the Cassandran Choholl which made Rogue want to take a sip, the moment seemed almost perfect for such antics but yet something was holding him back. The moment seemed to pass as Namyr leaned back, and Rogue took a sip of the strong liquid.

Rogue's cheeks felt warm but that was to be expected, his vision was blurry but he didn't care, he yawned but was wide awake, he was ready to party. Rogue was drunk but not drunk enough to slur his words, he did a mental assessment of himself; vision was crap which means his accuracy would be off, reaction speed? Rogue pulled out a SH9 and ejected the round in the chamber, it flew into his hand and he fumbled trying to grab it.

The lovely female that sat in front of Rogueboy couldn't help but giggle at his failed attempt of soberness. "I think this mission is going to be much harder without us being able to react accordingly."

"I would imagine so, you think we will run into anything serious?" Rogue asked hoping she will set him at ease, as panic was slowly eating at him.

"I wouldn't be able to tell you, this is the first mission I'm on, aren't you the older member, shouldn't you be making me feel better?" Namyr asked with a playful tone in her voice.

"You beat me in experience, if I was so experienced I would of brought the flask and I wouldn't of shared." Rogue responded winking accordingly. Just than the ship rumbled, Rogue couldn't tell whether they were being shot at or the exit from hyperspace was bumpier than he remembered.

"We're out of atmosphere and making our descent into atmosphere." Kal said into the microphone. The ship rumbled and shook slightly. What a piece of junk. He thought as the aged cargo freighter rumbled it's way through. Still, it shouldn't catch any attention. That is, if it doesn't fall apart in the air. He lowered the speed of the sublight engines and angled the ship so that the ground was underneath them, but that they still descended.

"Reminds me of the Anion." He muttered to himself. "That was a piece of crap too." Still, she loves that piece of scrap. He said, his thoughts momentarily diverting to Clair. Suddenly the communications panel beeped as the regular hails reached them, enquiring about their registration. He plugged his datapad into the panel and executed an application he wrote, which caused the com to feed back a simulated problem with the equipment. He approached a landing pad of a nearby brewery facility. He pulled back on the throttle and came to a halt

He opened up the back hatch and called out onto the mic again. "Alright, everyone off!"

Sorry, had to go, but we're landed. Keep it up guys!

Namyr's hand shot out and managed to grab the ammo before it fell onto the floor, quickly she reloaded Rogueboy's weapon and handed it back to him, "Hey don't worry Rogue, just stay behind me, and I'll make sure you don't get maimed too badly," Namyr said, briefly taking Rogueboy's hand and squeezing it with a good nature grin and a wink before closing her eyes from all the turbulence the ship was experiencing. She really hated flying, Twi'leks were cave dwellers anyway, she should have left home to be shot around in a large metal, bird of death.

She wondered if they would run into anything serious, if they did Rogueboy wouldn't be of any help and would probably get killed. Then the question on how he got drunk on duty would come up, Namyr would be sent to the brig and then from there who knew what else would happen to her. Namyr let out a sigh and glanced up at Rogueboy with a thoughtful look. If she had to she'd save the slaver's life, for the sake of saving her own neck. She also still needed answers from him, to see if she could really trust him, and she needed Rogueboy to live to do that.

Namyr opened her eyes as Darr's voice echoed around the ship, and she quickly got up, putting her helmet on, wincing slightly as it touched her Lekku as she put it on and headed off the ship. She landed heavily on the ground and shivered, looking around the snowy landscape. Namyr hated the cold, and it figures that her first mission would be to this waste land. But it made sense to build a brewery here, transport the ingrediants and make the beer on a planet that couldn't be damaged by the pollution the factory let out. Namyr had to give the owners of the bewery credit, they had thought somewhat ahead.

"Alright, everyone grab a partner, there are eight eneterance point each team will go in and take down the guards, remember squad this is not a bloodbath take out the guards by stunning them and tying them up.  Rogue you take your partner and get Patch to a place where we can download the map of this place, then upload it into our helmets. Once that's done, we'll rendevou in the Stock room, grab the goods and get the hell out of here," Darr said and Namyr nodded rechecking her ammo, making sure her gun was on stun, and to make sure her swords were still with her. Silently she glazed at the compound ahead of her and felt a feeling of dread.

The squad went down into the cargo area as the ramp slowly started to descend, Rogueboy activated a binary translator that was set in his heads up display. "Hey how about I let you choose our partner for the night?" Rogue said trying to feign his inability to make a decision due to his intoxication.

A series of beeps and chirps emitted themselves from the little droid known as Patch which the binary translator picked up as "I think we should take Namyr."

That got Rogue's attention. "Are you crazy she's just as dr..." he stopped himself, should anyone hear that he would be facing the brig and possible solitary confinement or flogging. "Sure, Patch whatever you say."

The red Twi'lek was standing by herself trying not to appear awkward as the troopers paired up and she was left by herself, Rogue approached her and tried to resist the childish urge to impress her which he failed, putting his arm on the interior of the ship he began talking. "So, Namyr want to come with me and Patch? We're gonna go a splicing and do a little mayhem."

Rogue cursed himself for the poor wording of the phrase, the fact that he didn't throw a jibe in there annoyed him. Namyr looked slightly uncomfortable a mixture of uncertainty with excitement, it took her a few moments before she whispered. "Sure, but stay behind me, after the mission I want to qu...err have a talk with you."

The hesitation in Namyr's response threw Rogueboy off on her answer but he dismissed it due to their drunkenness. "Great, I think we should have Patch have the rearguard until we can find either a terminal or a socket."

Together the trio set out heading towards the dark building, it wasn't long before a transmission was received by Darr. "Be careful they have holocamms on a fixed bracket, try to get around them. Use your macrobinoculars to spy them out."

Rogue set his radio frequency to his two partners this way none of his squad members would be confused with what he was saying. "Namyr, I had Patch re-modded with a sensor that lets him pick these things out along with their field of vision. So we won't have to worry about them too much."

Namyra nodded her head. Rogue could not help but admire with how much grace Namyr carried herself, he never fully studied her before due to their short tempers with each other. The Twi'lek was the same height as Rogue's one point eighty-nine meters, red skinned, she seemed almost delicate and powerful at the same time, and Rogue could not resist checking out her lovely curves. "Keep your eyes to yourself cowboy." Namyr said over a private frequency.

It took Rogue a few seconds before the shock wore off him to respond. "How did you know, are you telepathic by any means?"

"Err..no I just saw you looking." Namyr responded.

How the hell did she see me looking? She didn't even turn around, it's too dark for there to be shadows. Rogue's other voice interrupted his train of thoughts.

You just don't get it yet do you?

Get what?

That this Twi'lek is special.

You know what makes her special?

I do.

Care to share that information?

Of course not.

You're nerf poodoo, nothing more.

Yeah, but you love me.

You keep telling yourself that you sick twisted whatever you are.

Good comeback.

With that the voice left Rogueboy to his own drunkenness, for now.

Namyr looked around the group, unsure where she would stand, she was new to the squad so no one knew her strengths and weaknesses. For once she was glad she hadn't drunk as much as Rogue, he was looking a little worst for wear as he staggered over to her. Namyr was silent as she could almost feel his grin as he leaned heavily on the side of the ship. She noticed through the armour the muscles on his arms, then noticed that his chest was puffed up, it reminded her of a toad that was trying to make itself look bigger to scare away enemies. But it also reminded her of the suitors that often stood outside the dance hall waiting for the dancers to get out of practice. Why would Rogueboy look this way while talking to her?

"So, Namyr want to come with me and Patch? We're gonna go a splicing and do a little mayhem?" Rougeboy asked her and from behind her visor, Namyr felt her cheeks burn with shyness and embarrassment to be talked to like Rogueboy was doing. But her stomach did a little flip, she blamed it on the alcohol, it was also making her a little light headed. Shaking her head she replied, "Sure, but stay behind me, after the mission I want to qu...err have a talk with you," Namyr quickly bit her lip to punish herself for what she almost gave away. She couldn't allow herself to give away why she was getting Rogueboy drunk, he would get mad and she would never get any answers.

Namyr half listened to what Rogueboy was saying and instead was concentrating on her empathy gift. Breathing in through her mouth she tried to sense if there were any guards nearby, tasting none she moved forward, Rougeboy behind her, then Patch. there was another reason she wanted Rougeboy behind her, if he was in front he would mess with her senses and she wouldn't be able to taste anything.

Namyr's tasting was interrupted by Dar's voice, "Be careful they have holocamms on a fixed bracket, try to get around them. Use your macrobinoculars to spy them out," Namyr nodded to herself and looked around, "Namyr, I had Patch re-modded with a sensor that lets him pick these things out along with their field of vision. So we won't have to worry about them too much," Rogueboy mentioned and Namyr let out a sigh of relief, she had never had the best night vision and as Patch went to work the room became clearer and she could see. she grinned, she'd have to kiss that droid later, he was a blessing disguised in a metal trashcan.

As she started to move forward an air conditioning unit turned on behind them, and Namyr was assaulted with a Spicy, hot taste that was so strong it left her mouth dry and eyes running. She had to think a moment to figure out who it was coming from and when she did she didn't dare turn to look at him. Was Rogueboy staring at her? What she thought was stranger, was she had never tasted lust so strongly, did that mean that Rogueboy, through all their fighting and spiteful words, was attracted to her?

Namyr's cheeks flushed bright dark red and she could almost feel Rogueboy's eyes on her. She let out a snort of irritation, they were on a mission, she could worry about Rogueboy's emotions later, "Keep your eyes to yourself cowboy," she said her voice sounding a little more gruff then she intended. slowly she kept moving forward, avoiding the sensors.

"How did you know, are you telepathic by any means?" Rogueboy's voice popped into her head, causing Namyr to grind her teeth at her broken concentration. Though the idea that she was telepathic made her chuckle slightly on the inside, "Err..no I just saw you looking," she managed to reply without laughing as they moved forward. They walked in stealthy silence, Namyr had a strange suspicion that Rougeboy and Patch were talking about her but she shook it off.

Suddenly she felt the sticky taste of boredom and then the sound of boots. Namyr quickly glanced around for a hiding place. she didn't have much time as she threw herself at Rogueboy, forcing her weight to knock them back into the shadows as two guards came around the corner and stared at Patch.

"Just some cleaning droid, told you it was nothing," one of the guards said as they came towards Patch. Namyr's breath became ragged as she pressed more of her weight against Rogueboy to press them more into the wall to make sure they were completely hidden. As the guards came closer, Namyr murmured to Rogueboy, "You get the one on the right, all get the guard on the left," she told him before jumping out of the shadows and hitting the guard on the left with the hilt of her blade knocking him out.  The other guard began to run for help, "Rogue hit him with you're stun gun," Namyr managed to say.
