depends on the size of the fighter. I suppose it could be fixed with a fighter rack underneath or you could chop into the loading ramp for a bigger opening. -----------------------

Bomb bay door under loading ramp and the long one is direct opening to cargo bay. You could drop smaller, vertically oriented fighters from it, theoretically.
More detail on the circular section, modified the spoiler. I touched up the cockpit canopy to look better, added a lip on the top of that. Also, there is a long raised section on the top for running wires, fuel lines, et cetera.
This is coming out to be one bad ass ship.

Added missile tube along side, added a fin on the top. Changed color scheme, fixed lower parts so they look better.

I'd like some feed back, I've been busting my butt on these and no one wants to comment. I've relocated the bombs to the front to have more room for a fighter to be carried. I've also added the crease where the doors open up.
Sayah, if you want anything added, just tell me. I'll incorporate it.
Fury, a ship THIS cool has to be good enough for Imperial Center.
