Well it's official, I've dropped my class and everything's good... though I'm not sure I want to come back.
My reasons are simply that I can't get into this RP like others. Jelly, I'll get to that quip you made in a bit.
Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that I am unable to participate in a meaningful manner in this RP, and therefor am withdrawing from the Vast Empire. My class schedule isn't hectic, but I do know that I cannot invest the time or effort to be on constantly, and due to software problems I will be unable to join in IRC.
The roleplaying is top notch, don't get me wrong. It's just I'm a veteran of chat-based RPGs and less structured forum RPs. I've been doing this for almost 7 years and unfortunately it's just one of those things it's hard to break. So yes, I'm leaving.
Jelly, the reason I wanted to get you involved was because you seemed intrested, but then never put forth any effort. I tried and tried to make things work but you just didn't want to do it, so I'm not going to force you.
So, with that being said, I'm deleting everyone I have on Messenger, and I'll be posting my resignation here shortly. Have fun RPing without me.

As Merrick has said, I'm Eclipse's temp ASL. This doesn't meen much more then the fact that I'll be trying my best to take over for Doc while he's gone until somebody more official gets appointed or he says the spot is mine. While that's going on, I need reports sent to me like usual on thursday

We really need to get the story finished up. I know Wicket is on Leave, and a lot of us are scattered, but if we can get this done before next week, we'll be in better fighting form for whatever Doc has in store, and I'm sure he does. I'm in contact with Doc, so no I'm not rowing this boat blind, and I'll try as much as I can to have him be the one actually at the rudder.
