Mars Volta - Amputechture (Dont love em, but its an interesting sound)
Pearl Jam - Pearl Jam (Liked em for a while, couldn't be happier that theyre putting out new music.)
between the buried and me - the anatomy of (I skeptically tried btbm on for size and although i wasnt a fan of hardcore music, i loved the jazz influence they brought to their music. this is a record they released full of covers.) -----------------------

Nirvana- Have always been obsessed with the band, and seeing as though the best of the box set has come out, more fans are starting to come around to a band that has been dead for 12 years....
Between the Buried and Me- A great hardcore band all around
Through the Eyes of the Dead- Scars of Ages...I suggest listening to this if you are a hardcore fan.
Choidos- Emo band with great rap beats

Jaden -- The Chiodos cd came out last year, unless you're counting the rerelease? If you like the singer, listen to his other band: http://www.purevolume.com/thesoundofanimalsfighting
He sings on Horses In The Sky.
I'm listening to this Through The Eyes Of The Dead band. It's good stuff! It's nothing groundbreaking, but they've definitely got skill.

Yeah, im not crazy about em, but i do like them better than any other hardcore band out there because of the technical aspect of their music. -----------------------
