I would just like to say congratulations to my good friend Riel Fury for his promotion to Captain and elevation to the status of Executive Officer of the Navy.
For all of you who are wondering what the heck I'm talking about, and thinking that I might be on crack, go check out the main site. It says it right on there, straight from Paan.
So congrats to Paan AND Riel for their promotions. I'm looking foward to great things coming from both of you guys. 
Only now I think someone ELSE needs a promotion.
