Hey, I need two banners:
Storm Platoon, blue/white, maybe some lightning I dunno, I'm not terribly creative.
Jester Squad, purple/green, actually it doesn't matter much with this, any colors you think might represent a jester.
There probably will be a nice reward, but I dunno how much, I'll probably base it on how much I like it.

Since you are already doing it, I'll officially do it. Yes, those banners are needed, and anything that anyone makes (you don't have to be in Storm to do it) will be judged by me and Yillis. Specifically for the Storm one, I have to like it. Here are the rewards.
Storm Platoon Banner: 100,000 ICs
Jester Squad Banner: 80,000 ICs
Each Acknowledgable submission: 10,000 ICs
I'll keep the time limit open to put submissions here for two weeks. That should be plenty of time, but I might extend it if you give me a glimpse of what you're making, and it looks really good. One last thing. For the Achnowledgable submissions, that just means if I see you keep putting up bad, sloppily done, few minute, thrown together banners, they won't count. So try to do quality and not quantity for this please. I hope a few of you out there make something.

both are nice, but I realize I should have thrown some size guidelines, height should be no bigger than 200 pixels, and width, I dunno 600 is around good, with like 750 prolly being max

In order to stay 800x600 friendly it would have to be no bigger than 750. -----------------------

Ok, just to give some of you out there an idea of what I'm picturing: A view of an eye of a hurricane from the top with Storm written in front of it in lighting. Now, the hurricane picture doesn't have to be a real picture. If you can draw a really dark, swirling cloud with gray tints in it with parts of it being lit up with lighting on the inside, that would work great. So, that is what I'm picturing. If I knew how to make a nice graphic picture and could draw with some degree of talent, I'd try it, but I can't. So, I'm hoping some of you out there can. Also, even if you don't make anything with my idea, that doesn't mean yours doesn't have a chance. I can do this without bias. I'm liking them so far. I hope you all continue to create them. -----------------------
