Yep, it's me again...

With the disturbing amount of reports showing up within the vast regions of my inbox...I thought I'd give some more tips, addresses, etc. In order to make things easy to view for us, and to compile the appropriate information to be passed on to those who need it, follow the below guidelines:

*Reports are due EVERY Friday! Unless it has been cleared with your SL, ASL (Raziel, Jakireth) or a post has been made on the LeaveNet, the absence of your report will be noted. Attempt to send them before 10 PM Eastern on that day, but no later then 12 AM Eastern.

*In the 'To', 'Send', etc. section of your email client, place:
[email protected], and [email protected]

*In the 'Subject' section of your email client, write out anything that may indicate an update, follow-up, etc. Mainly anything that will allow us to differentiate the report from another piece of web trash.

*On the Stormtrooper Academy page of the Army ComNet, there is a topic labeled 'Report Guidance'. The below information has been used from that source, although you can add more if needed. Within the main writing section of your email client, be sure to include all, or most of the following items:
-What stories you have written or contributed to in the last week including specialty stories.
-What graphics you have made in the last week.
-What additions or alterations you have made to any squad or character website in the last week.
-What games you have participated in during the last week.
-What plans you have for next week.
-Your ID-line in full.
(Once again, this information can be retrieved from the respective thread on the above ComNet)

Be sure to include DETAILED information, not a small fragment or word, and when you send such info, it makes things easier for others to address certain situations, and put plans into action.

and yes...as Hellra stated above, activity is falling. At some point, that fall will be broken for you if it doesn't change in the near future. I don't understand why I have to say it repeatedly:
You have a tradition to keep Raiders...at one point, this squad was recognized as the elite team in the division, and if we work hard enough, that reputation will be achieved again.
