I just caught up, and everything that's up is good but you guys do realize that you were supposed to be hunted by the animals in the forest not captured and fighting gladiator style right?

Like they've known where you have been since you landed on the planet, I don't know why they would capture you now especially right after the boss unleashed animals to...hunt you. There are genetically enhanced Mastiffs and a Rancor in the forest at the end of my post, where did they go?

We should all have a battle royale!

I owe all of you a batch of cookies. Got a report from everyone this week! I'm not exactly sure how to work the RAIDERS oven, or even if I know how to make cookie dough, but by god it'll be done!

Skarr did know that 'cookie oven' was a euphemism right?

I have disappeared due to RL problems and I might continure being missing but I will try to get it cleared up.

Alrighty guys, Thursday! Like I said in my last post, I would like a full range of reports, even if you didn't do anything. I need to know who is still here and who is willing to stand by their SL during her tough times in the real life.

Tomorrow, I will be making a post that should clear up some confusions we may all be having.

I will also be posting the first Squad Report in a long time in order to begin a sort of discussion about where YOU guys want this squad to go. I've been realizing that I don't take enough considering for what you people may enjoy, and for that I apologize. I will also be asking for available times for everyone and what not in order to try and set up a squad meeting to make discussing these certain things a little easier.

First and Foremost

I must apologize for my wild kinda-sorta-absence. I had been dealing with a heap of shit in the real life and I wasn't able to find the time to pay attention to the obligations I gave myself online. Where as many wouldn't feel bad about the negligence I showed you all, I do. I feel very bad. This may be a fake squad of fake troopers in a fake army based on a fake universe but for me it's a way to grow and learn as a writer and, more importantly, this position I hold is a way to help others grow and learn. So, please accept my sincerest apologies. I love you all and will try harder in the future to pay a little attention to my writing obligations. <3

The Squad Story

Honestly, this is a subject I have been dreading. I fell so far behind with the happenings (despite there not being very many posts) that I have lost all mind of what I was trying to accomplish by having us captured. That being said, I will be trying ALL of today to figure out a new plan along-side our gorgeous ASL, Cody. I will, hopefully (Gods be willing), have a post up at some point tonight. If I do not achieve a story post, Cody and I will have at least come up with a plan and one of us will post the plan and we can all go from there.

Activity and the like

Yes, I know, it has been very slow for all of the VE for the past few weeks. BUT, as I said in my last topic post: this is going to change. Obviously, I am back - granted not quite at full force just yet - and do plan on kicking up some dust once again. Thankfully, I now have help from Cody as the ASL. It was something I definitely needed and I have to, sadly, thank Jester for disbanding, because that gave me a wonderful dude as an ASL.  I want reports from everyone. If I see you on IRC on Thursday, I expect a report. Don't use the excuse that you're on your phone either, because if you have the IRC app, chances are you can hop onto the browser and shoot me a quick PM on the ComNet. Don't be lazy. This brings me to my next point:

Leave: Official and 'Not Official'

If you have a post up on the LEAVE board, I consider that to be official. If you message me or post on the squad topic saying "I'll be a bit busy blah blah", then I consider that unofficial. If you mention something about doing other things, but then I see on IRC almost every day since, I consider that ridiculous. That being said, when Thursday rolls around and you fall under the first scenario, I do not expect a report, BUT if you fall under the second or third scenario, I DO expect a report. So it is said, so it shall be.

Questions and Concerns

There are now two of us you can talk to: Me and Cody. If you have a question, if you have a concern... TALK to us. Please. I don't like to leave you all hanging if I can help it. <3

Will be announced after this story.

The story will be moving in a different direction now: We will be released, much to our dismay since that was NOT why we wanted to get captured, and Tekcor will turn it into something like 'The Most Dangerous Game'. Basically, Vanni wants to test the power of her beasts with some live hunting/fighting practice. What better way to do that than using live bait?
