Squad meeting is being called in the next week or two. Sometime Monday-Friday. Attendance is as mandatory as I can make it folks, being there will help shape the future and the direction this squad takes.

Big changes are coming soon, and if you want to have a voice in how things go you need to post here with a list of days and times you can be here. My days are open Monday-Friday, so that is the window you have to figure out the time.

I'm leaving the choosing up to everyone, discuss and figure out the time that works for everyone. If you can't figure it out within one week from the time of this post I'll set one.

Remember, I'm not kidding about the big changes that are coming up. The only time these ideas will be open to discussion will be during this meeting, if you are there your voice will be heard. Otherwise you will not have a say in how things turn out.

It's time this Squad took their place at the top for once, I know I'm not the only one here that wants this. Now is the time to prove once and for all we are the best.

of mondays and fridays im open from 4 to 10 PM everyday, though in GMT time. That would be like 10 AM to 4 PM CST time.

Writer's Block is a bitch. We all get it, and we all hate it. Sometimes it's not wanting to finish a post, sometimes it's not knowing what to write, sometimes it's the frustration you feel when you look back at your post and feel like it just isn't long enough. Well I'm here to give you all a few pointers on how to kick WB in the nads.

The Senses

We all have five senses, no matter what race you place. Touch, Sight, Hearing, Taste and Smell. All of them affect us and our characters in some way all day, every minute, every second. USE THIS. Think about what you're writing, think about where your character is and what he/she is doing. Make notes in your head about what each of these five senses are picking up. Think about it as much as you can, then write it out, make it known. Not only will you give you more to write but it will give the situation a lot more depth and even lead into character development.

Your Surroundings

At no point in time is anyone not surrounded by something. At point in time do your surroundings not affect you in some way. Just like the senses, your surroundings have everything to do with how you act and what you do. Give these detail, write about how your character is reacting to what he/she is surrounded with. Use the senses to give even more detail to the surrounding area.

Your Thoughts and Feelings

Since when do you think about something and it not affect your next action in some way? Never. USE THIS. What is your character thinking about? Do they smell something they like? What do they think when they touch the cold steel of their pistol? What do they feel when they see dead bodies? What do they want they hear the sounds of gunfire or screaming? How does your character react to being told what to do? Use all of this. Ask yourself questions and answer as your character, then... write the results into your post.

Those three things are all ways to combat WB, give you muse and ideas, and make your post longer while still giving it substance.

Story Information

Our current story is Payback, with a RAIDERS twist. We should just try to have as fun as possible and try to finish it during the coming week.

Ahhh.... October. That time of year when seniors around America send in college applications. Another thing for me to be doing on weekends along with applying for scholarships.

btw, I am avaliable for a squad meeting on thursday 5:30 onwards. Wednsday though is gonna be tricky. Get home about 5ish and back out for this jam in the area about 7 or 8ish I think. If anything, Friday is the better day.

Well in that case I might be able to get on thusday 5:30-10ish.

I can attend the meeting all of the weekday except tuedays and possibly fridays between 16 pm - 24 pm gmt+1

Alright, new approach to this.

Reports due tomorrow, I would like EVERYONE to send one in please. Cause I know activity has been really good this week, I want to know what everyone has done.

Two, in your report please detail what days Monday-Thursday and what times in those days you are available for a squad meeting. This meeting will be held weekly, or every 2 weeks. It's something I want to start doing. Please make these as detailed as possible because I have 8 people to go through and figure out a time for. Also include the time zone you are in, it's easier on my poor brain.

Three, all specs that you have completed to date on the new system please add them into your report. With the new squad reward system in place I know some of you are getting some well deserved credits.

Any other details add them as you see fit.

That might not be the best time for me... since that is 1 am in my time.

Well I want to beg for forgiveness for my inactivity this weekend but I am meeting up with my father whom I haven't spent time with since July.
