Just to let you all know, I am now in charge of Flight 3, and am still the Executive Officer. I don't know if you all knew it, but I am supposed to get all of the reports within the squadron, every week, so I can brief my Commander as to the activity and condition of our great squadron. I have not been recieving reports, and this will change as of now.I expect everyone to turn in reports to me this week, sending a cc to your flight leader and your SC. This is a way for the reports to all go to one place, and accountability will be tracked over the course of your stay in Viper, and with the VEN.
The Navy is getting full, and there might be talk of another squadron opening up. With the talk of this, it means one thing. Space is needed in the existing squadrons, and those that do not turn in reports will get the boot out Viper to make way for ppl that will be active and appreciate this great squadron. Don't let this happen to you. If you haven't been very active in a week, that is no excuse for not writing a one - two minute email to make something up. Don't get caught on the chop block, because a few of you are hanging out there as we speak. That is all.

/me shuffles thru the reports.....oh, nm, there are only three. Hammerman, Sheepy, scout, u will all be rewarded with IC's again this week. I expect the rest of Viper to make it to the meeting on Sunday. There will be demotions. Be in the Viper room with your uniforms on 30 minutes before the VE meeting. u will all be dealt with accordingly. If you are not there, e-mail me with a damn good explanation, or more punishment follows. Be expecting some demotions, and maybe a few AWOLS's. Me and WarMaker are trying to decide if we should give u all one more chance. I am very disappointed Viper. Very. That is all.

Enough of this sad shiza, we need some pilots at this FES melee this weekend. I am betting that they are a more formidable opponent than even the EH, so we need some pilots. I have JO under control, although I do hope Cos, Sk8, Solo, and maybe even hammerman show up to wield some sabres along my side. Anyways, lets get out there Vipers and show them what we are made of.!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and one more thing. REPORTS DUE FRIDAY. THERE IS AN AWOL LIST SITTING ON MY DESK GETTING READY TO BE TRANSFERED UP TO WARMAKERS DESK, AND THEN UP TO JMAC AND JAPHETH. I'll try to make it to the meeting, but I may be on a temporary ban from the computer for"overuse". What time is 30 minutes before the VE meeting? I'll try to get to the fes, but I've got Region Band tryouts and that could take all day with a large section like clarinet. Who plays Magic The Gathering here? Just wondering. Sorry for my unactivity for so long. I'm trying to get more devoted to the VE.
