My name is Zunklai Bane. A didstant relative descended
from the revered Dark Jedi, Darth Bane, I came to the
Naval academy to better this great Empre, and to lean
how to become a good pilot. I come from the planet of
Lancen, whose entire economy exists completely
underground. I am a reasonalble person, as long as I
am treated fairly, and wish to serve the Emperor well.

Ok a couple of things.

1. This should be posted on the Navy Academy

2. I am almost 100% positive you are not allowed to be related to Darth Bane

3. We are in the period that is after Return of the Jedi so the Emperor is dead and the Empire is in factions under the control of various officers

4. A physical description for your character is something I would recommend you include

5. Go to my profile and read my bio or the bio of one of the Nazguls (Jen's is particularly good) for some ideas of how to improve

6. Good job for writing a bio, now it's time to tweak it a bit. It is a learning process so don't take my criticism too hard.

I'll just reiterate:

1) You cannot be related to Darth Bane.

2) You cannot learn from Jedi/Sith Masters because none exist after the Jedi Purge.

3) This bio is to inform other members about who your character is - be creative with it and add some detail such as height, weight, etc. Keep them in reasonable bounds, though. For example, there is no Human that I know that can speak Shuryiiwook (the Wookie language). Frankly it's because I don't think they have the vocal cords to produce it.
