Bummer. Sorry to hear that man, but it is good to see you alive.  Anyways, I'll be posting our arrival on Euceron tomorrow sometime, so keep a look out for that. I have to catch Rizzit and ask him a question before I post though, so you may be able to squeak on one before I can get it done. Also, don't forget to send those reports. I have one...

Alright, as some of you can probably tell, BV has been placed in Jester, so give him your welcome.
I will be sending you a welcome e-mail shortly BV which will contain a lot of the information you will be needing to get started. Also, we take our writing seriously, so any more asinine posts like the one you made on "Jester Character Development" won't fly with me, if you know what I mean. 
Everyone esle, I received one report this week, so I don't think I have to tell you what kind of mood that puts me in.  I sent out a check up e-mail to everyone who is in the squad, and I received one reply. So, I will be sending out an AWOL check now. Expect that shortly, even though we did one recently. No one is technically on leave. Time for me to kick some of you back into gear. Nicely, of course. And RK, don't worry, you are safe, since you have been the one to respond to my squad letters and send in your reports.

Heh, only posting here, but anyways, there have been two changes to Jester. First, RK has been promoted to Lance Corporal for his dedication in sending his report, being active, and trying to post as often as he can. Keep it up RK, but now I that I know you can be active, I want you to try to make your posts a bit cleaner and longer.
Second, Yillis has been moved to an advisor position and has left the squad. Really, he doesn't gain anything by being an advisor, but he is still around to do what he does, make websites and such, if he ever shows life that is.
Expect us to be landing on Euceron later today. -----------------------

Wow...it's been a while since I could post without it screwing up somehow. Cheers for me!
Everyone else, let's bring up the activity a little bit. I haven't seen any relevant posts...or any posts, really...on the Euceron story. It sort of defeats the purpose of passing a AWOL check if no one is going to participate anyway.

Yep, that post was nice Phenix. The only thing I didn't quite like is how someone actually managed to find one of the secret compartments, considering they are impossible to find unless you know where they are... Just didn't quite make sense, but I'll figure some way out to make it work. And for what you just said I above, I couldn't have said it better myself.
BV, I still haven't heard back from you, so I hope you didn't just disappear like so many other new recruits..

Greetings Jester, I will be leaving tomorrow for quite a bit of time. You can check the leave message I'm putting up later for how long. But, you need a new SL for that period of time. A very good member of the VE has accepted my offer to take my place. Garet Daimun will be your new SL for hopefully a long time. Remember to send him your reports and treat him with respect. I'm sure you'll find he is probably more of a task master than I am. Phenix is still your ASL.
This is a permanent change, so even once I return, I won't be your SL. Do the VE proud guys. I hope when I come back to find this squad off the charts with activity. Good luck.
One last thing so I don't confuse any of you. My character will still be your SL for the rest of the Galactic Games mission, so don't change anything. This change will only happen once the story has ended. I won't be posting anymore, but hopefully you guys can keep it up, and if all else fails, ask for help from Rizzit.

EDIT: Alright, I found out that reports are due Thursday, friday at the latest. I expect to see one from all of you. I won't be as leniant as Kai; penalties will be enforced without a VERY legitimate excuse.
I would also like to remind you that I will be finishing the Galactic Games with the Dragoons. Kairo is still your SL as far as the story is concerned. But, I'm now responsible for you posting, so get to it! It's been Phenix and Kai so far, with a little dash of RK. We need activity!
One last thing before I stop talking: I understand that there wasn't a meeting for the Squad with Kairo. He was very busy as PC and couldn't do it. Well, I'm no PC, so there will be meetings. I'd like to preferably hold them on Thursdays. And if you all agree, I'll infrom of a policy I picked up from a brainstorm with DD.
EDIT2: Alright, I lied, heh. Here are the penalties for missing reports.
First Missed Report: Warning by SL and/or PC.
Second Consecutive Missed Report: 10k of bank account, 2nd warning from SL and/or PC.
Third Consecutive Missed Report: Demotion, final warning.
Fourth Consecutive Missed Report: AWOL
That should be incentive to get those reports in.

Wow, heavy stuff...but congratulations Garet. We've had some idle chat a couple times, but I think we'll get along.

Just send in your report, Phenix. If you happen to get all the reports before you send me yours, then all the better.
As for what I expect in your reports:
Any story posts you have made (and what story).
Any meetings you attended (we need to get our set up).
Any work on graphics or a website (VE related).
Any games you have been playing (That the VE has recognized).
IRC Activity, just a general statement. IE: "I was on pretty much every day."
And any other suggestions, questions, statements, etc. I don't think this is too hard, so I don't want to see any slacking.
If anyone needs an example, I can e-mail it to you. -----------------------

And Matherion: yeah, it's good. Though, in the future, try not to copy and paste so much from another post. The second half was pretty much the middle of Rizzit's post. You're getting there though, I'll let that one slip as a rookie mistake.
