Bascially what everyone else said. Do not take your being placed in Drill again personally. I did not do it because it was you. If Cyanus here failed to report to me 4 weeks in a row there would be similar consequences.
In short, you are a very active, energetic young guy with loads of potential. However due to your age and energy you lack several things: repect for those above you, discipline, and the ability to follow orders. THOSE are why you were sent to Drill. I am more than happy to take you back into Raiders once you complete your training and learn how to follow orders.
Dont take this as an insult, take this as an opportunity to show me I'm wrong, and throw all this back in my face. Thats what I want you to do. Prove me wrong. -----------------------
