It sets some ground rules that weren't there before, and if there were, people overstepped the boundary line. -----------------------

Um, NO Snipes it is not. I basically have ordered all fighting to cease in the past, with no punishments. Plus, this time it is really going to be enforced. Like I said in my e-mail, I let it go too far; and its time that something was done about it.   -----------------------

ok, so its the second time and not the same exact word for word policy, but its intent remainded the same, to stope the RAIDERS v. Dragoons brawl and restore order. you enforced becuase i got fined for somethng i cant remember, i just remmber the fine, then we started getting along and bammo! you stopped engforcing and we got roudy again, so moral of the story folks. . .MAKE PEACE, NOT WAR! -----------------------

oh, well that wold explain it. . . i thought i'd done something to Rema, but that makes sence, because if i remmber right that original policy wasnt just not squads trying to kill eachother, but it had a activity policy and a few others stapled to it. -----------------------
