If you click once every 6 hours on 4 of the ppc links, then you can get a total of 16 clicks in 24 hours.  If you add that extra click for 1 per 24 hours, then you can get 17 clicks per day.  That is the most clicks you'd be able to get per day.

Most people aren't able to be around the internet every 6 hours on the hour, so clicking on the 6 hour links 3 times a day gives you 12 clicks.  When you include the extra 24 hours click, you get 13. 

13 clicks are very easy to do.  Once in the morning...once in the afternoon...and once before you go to bed.
