Rayn is now most confused. He recieved a password, but it doesn't work. He is able to log into the Galactic Bank, but not the VE.

Okay, now this is bizarre. Rayn is sitting at the computer next to me, so I'm seeing this myself. The main page tells him that his access is denied, but if he goes to imperialnetwork.com he can get in.

What is being described here shouldn't be possible. The same script does the logging in from where ever you try to log in at.

Make sure the password is exactly what has been sent to you in the email. The passwords are case sensitive. If you can get into the bank, then you should be able to change your password to whatever you want.

Let me know if this problem persists and I'll take a look at the account.
