If this holiday competition has made anything clear, it is that all of you have been horribly confused about what is going on, what should be going on, and who should be doing what. Now, that is an easy state to get in when there are as many people posting as we have had recently, so I am not going to try to say its anyone's fault; it is really on all of us. But my point is that none of you actually said much about it. Until I actually decided to bring it up (and got since nice attacks and a big argument going) no one knew just how poorly the story was going. Well.. some of us knew but didn't really want to get into this argument.
So with almost an hour of discussion and having to mod the channel and make everyone take it in turns, we got this sorted out (at least mostly). And posts could be made that make everything clear to everyone.
Now, it may seem I'm just banging on about nothing here, but my real point is this. If you have a problem with a story or any other aspect of what you are doing in the army,
ASK SOMEONE. Do not be afraid of the high comman, or your squad leader, or your assistant squad leader. They are there to help you. Hell, if all else fails come find me, I will help you even if you aren't in my squad. I am around almost all the time on irc, and I'm pretty sure all my contact details on the roster are current and correct.
Don't be afraid to ask, even Squad leaders require other people's help sometimes. You won't be treated any differently, in fact taking enough initiative to actually ask instead of stumble on blindly could help to improve your career.

To thy protection fear and sorrow flee, and those that weary are of light find rest in thee.
If you love something, set it free. If it doesn't come back, hunt it down and kill it.
