Not trying to be mean C-3PX2, but, I would rather your flight post in the reunion project, than report to you. You haven't even posted there. I don't know Aristoc, but, I flew wing to Hellkite once.
That's right, where are you too, Hellkite. We need you in this story too. It seems as if me Than and the Strangler are the only ones posting for the Kaph. Demonic, Cy, come on we are getting killed here. The Nazgul have almost twice as many posts as us and way more words. I have the most posts, but, I'm not as near as experienced as most of you.
Than, I'll send you my bios for my NPC for second flight. After you approve him, I'll start writing for him too. But, that's not gonna change anything in the ESC. The Kaph can't win with a two man show......
And you can fill in all the slots you want Shaz, but if they don't show, it's no use.

No that wasn't being mean. That was being Honest. I completely agree with you. I haven't posted yet, so i cant really complain about the rest of the flight not posting. I plan to post this week. The reason i listed those ways to send report is because, reports are part of "protocol" (if you want to call it that).
But really, I can agree with you Etan, we need to double the amount of posts. We cannot allow Nazgul to be ahead.
As for the ESC'07, I dont yet have my work schedual for the week of 06.11.07-06.17.07, so I dont know how i can help with gaming. Maybe ill find a day to squeeze a EaW or two. But as for Drawing and Wiki, I'm ready for that in full force.

I'll be honest with you guys. Gaming was my weakness in 06 and it will be even worst this year because the options have been greatly reduced. That problem isn't that I suck at gaming, it is that my computer only supports one SW game. That game is a strategy game which means it will take a long time. I can't plan well for something like that considering my unpredictable schedule this summer. So my activity in gaming will be very low.
So, I am wondering if we have some kind of gaming whiz among us that can make up for my pitfall?
On the other hand, I can do very well in the other three categories.
This post makes a general point as well. We are going to have to coordinate so we can cover each other's weaknesses and add to their strengths. -----------------------

Etan and C-3PX have a good point. Most of you are slacking when it comes to story posts.
Etan, for your tremendous activity lately, I have promoted you to Senior Crewman. Congratulations.
This would be a good time to talk about my promotion policy. I'll give promotions where they are due but I wont give them out like candy. I will also not be giving any out during the ESC until rewards night (and that is if my superiors don't already cover it.) -----------------------

Than, really i can't complain to my flight on the lack of posts. Since I have yet to post myself. Ill try to find that tomorrow or Tuesday. I don't have to work again until Sat. So ill have plenty of time. I don't Study for Exams , Why should i study when i know ill get a 65% on them anyways. -----------------------

Since I wish to do everything in a way that is best for the squadron, I would like input from the squadron.
If any of you have recommendations for how things could be done better in the squadron, post them here. If you wish to give constructive criticism on things I am doing wrong from writing errors to how I handled a situation, please PM me. As you pretty much all get by now, I don't rule with an iron fist. I wont get angry if you tell me I am doing something wrong. Actually, I completely hate any form of totalitarianism for it oppresses those that speak out against its wrongs.
If you want to ruthlessly complain about another member in the squadron, PM me so that we don't cause problems. Don't send them a PM or post a message when you are angry for you may regret it later. Though sending them one with constructive criticism would be reasonable. As long as it is done nicely.
C-3PX2, I understand your wish not to sound like a hypocrite, I am the same way. On the other hand, part of your job is to make sure people are getting things done. This brings up another point, I wont relieve someone from their position on a whim but I will do it if it is for the better good the squadron. (I am not threatening you, C3, I am just making a point that relates to the paragraph). -----------------------

Thank you Than for the promotion. It wasn't what I was really looking for. I was looking for co-hesiveness with the Kaph.
I am a fairly newcomer here.(over six months now) I am not nearly as experienced as many of you. Still, I find myself posting twice as much as some of you.
My post tend to be medium to short, but, to the point. I am looking for experienced members, like my old buddies Cyleaf and Hellkite to make up for where I lack.
I think we can move along as a team if we all post together.
I'm not sure about the SW games. I'm the greatest gamer that ever lived, but I don't know if my computer supports those games.
However, if I have to, I will use a friends computer to win that part of the show. -----------------------
