I know, I know. I haven't been around for the past few weeks. I have lots of good explanations why, but no one wants to hear excuses.
Life has been pretty hectic lately, and I've finally realized that I just do not have the energy or the time to commit to the Vast Empire any longer.
I probably should have done this months ago, but I kept thinking to myself
Tomorrow I'll get active again...
Well, tomorrow never comes. It's always today. And today, I don't have enough time for the Vast Empire.
I really want to apologize to Threeof4 and Warmaker for taking the Training Officer job. I never should have because I just didn't have the time. I could have done a good job with it, but I didn't do squat, and the blame lies fully on my shoulders.
Talon - if you would, don't take me off of the VEDJ rosters quite yet. I might can scrape up some time for the DJO, if you all will permit.
But Darkhawk is retiring from the Navy and Shadow is retiring from the Army.
Thank you all for the great times over the past two years - it has been a blast.
And maybe I'll see those of you who get Star Wars Galaxies around the universe sometime this fall when I start playing the game.
