Alright, we've come up with a game plan.
Raiders and us are together now, or will be soon. Everyone but 3 of them are making their way to us to help hold out against the attack that is coming shortly. Once we fend off this attack we meet up with the other three and talk about what we should do.
Some short time later someone sees the main army group surrounding us. We then try to hold out as long as possible until someone comes up with a way for us to evac out of here, cause we are outnumbered, but a whole lot. Let's try to hold off on the attack for a day or so. No need to run head long into this thing, we should spend the time describing in more detail the village and what fortifications we have set up.

Alright, new objectives. Or the old objectives that we seem to have misplaced somewhere...
Anyways, for the next few days we need to work on the town. Forget the barbs for now, they are probably vanishing in the next post or two anyways. It's time we work on the town.
I want details on everything, have the place come alive in the readers eyes. You ever been to an abandoned town/village anything? You notice how creepy it can get? Make it like that. Don't waste words on fighting, generic fight scenes are in everything, and in time you can have your fill with them. But now it's the villages turn to shine...

Alright, I managed to drag the layout of the village out of Arnaut. We are in trouble folks.
About a 100 people lived here, it's small, it's rustic, about 30 buildings all jammed closely together, in the middle is the green, with the town hall and off to the side is the school.
These are the roads, main N/S road running through the center of town, a E/W road that makes a cross with the N/S road. Then we have a NE, SE, SW, NW road that makes a X inside the cross.
Now, cut half of that and divide it between Wraith and Raiders. I figure we can cover 3 of those roads. NE, E, SE...
Two men on each, with the mortars and E-web behind us one of those on each road. Problem lies with the main N/S road. I don't think we have enough men to cover that road at all.
Oh yea, almost none of the houses have flat roofs, all extremely pitched since we are up in the mountains. We are surrounded by forest and beyond that cliffs. The forest ends about a hundred feet in all directions, so we have a bit of a clearing between trees and the village. I failed my Algebra II math class. so I'm putting myself into reserves... I feel that I should take summer school so that I don't have to take it again next year.
I guess my parents were right when they said I should have buckled down. Now I'm paying.
Don't know when I will be back, but I'm punishing myself for failing. In a way. So yea, I was going to post, but that option is out now.

Any squad story ideas should be PM'd to myself, I'm in the process of arranging whats going to happen after the (Soon to be over) competition. Don't be offended if your story idea doesn't pop up straight away, it may well be used later down the line.

Alright, for the sake of those that didn't make it to the meeting. Helena has hereby resigned as ASL and retired from active duty. She will still be hovering around IRC but I still expect anyone that hasn't done so to thank her for her hard work here. It does however mean I'm in need of a new ASL, somewhat desperately. My own activity is sporadic at best, and there's a chance I might disappear entirely for quite some time. Therefore, while ASL applications are accepted from anyone from any squad or platoon, I have one prequisite - You should be ready to step in as SL immediately if the need requiresPM me any applications.
