Part of being active in the Navy is checking the ComNet.
This registers as a login on the domain, which is where these statistics are gathered from.
It seems pretty reasonable for me to expect active members of the Navy to check the comnet at least once a week.

I believe Piett (aka Rizzit) left the Navy quite a long time ago, Talon. As in, for good.
Shino Kisake is indeed supposed to be in the Reserves. I can vouch for that.
I believe Xaphrael is supposed to be in the Reserves, as well. Warmaker should be able to clarify that.
Mad Viper ... I think he went into the Reserves, also. Again, ask Warmaker - MV was in Viper Squadron.
The only other people that we might want to check into are Red5 and scral. All of those other people definitely should be AWOLed or completely removed (like the NEVER) people.

Three is correct, though. These people just can't send in crap reports every now and then or show up on IRC every night. They need to log into the doman and onto the ComNet if they don't want to be AWOLed.
Either that, or they should officially announce that they are going into the reserves until they can become active once more. -----------------------

piett went to the reserves a while ago, Mad Viper is AWOL since a long and i mean a LONG While dunno why you have him still on the list, he wasent on my Roster. Scout sends every week a report as sheepy said that he is busy not much comp time etc etc. Xaphrael got also problems again

This has probably been heard many times before, but I suggest that once this whole AWOL thing is over, that the NAVY roster be updated so that those who were put on AWOL be taken out of the squadrons where they are wasting space. -----------------------

I am making you a gaurentee. Over the summer, I will ask for `Piett to be brought back into active duty. Right now with school, I can only handle one role. With more time on my hands, I can handle two divisions. At the current time though: I am afraid I need to stick to the Army only. -----------------------
