Ok, I don't really know how much of my business this is, but don't you have to be registered as actually being in the NAVY to be a squadron member, let alone a flight member?
I seem to remember Liquid quitting the Navy, his sig even once before saying "I am dead to the Navy"
How can he be a flight leader if he's not even registered as being in the Navy? -----------------------

What's even crazier is that MegaDeth asked Liquid to be in Polaris Squadron. So he's in two squadrons now.
And, Denethor, don't sweat it. You should know by now that none of the rosters around here ever get updated. 
Of course, if you're upset because Arturus is telling Liquid everything and telling you, his other flight leader, nothing at all ... that's an entirely different story. -----------------------

I believe the only problem is that the roster hasnt been changed. As far as I and Liquid know he is in the navy and he is Kaph 3flt leader and XO.
And darkhawk what the hell did you mean in your comments about me not telling my other flight leader anything. As far as I know Denethor just came back from leave and will be brought up to date with everyone at the meeting this wednesday (7pm est #kaph) -----------------------

Actually, people with a lower rank than me have had authority over me for 8 months during my tenure with the VEN. It really doesn't bother me at all, as long as he/she are competent and doing a good job.  -----------------------

Arturus, my only suggestion for now would be to get a story going that doesn't involve partying, hookers, or booze.
Or, if it does, have it involve something else, too.
The thing is, I think your average joe pilot has a difficult time knowing the ins and out of his fellow wingmen and has trouble coming up with viable dialogue. Aside from that, the Navy has never struck me as being filled with tons of highly skilled writers.
No offense to anyone, but all I'm suggesting is we get into a "normal" Navy story - one where we fly around and blow the crap out of enemy pilots. And we can still find time to party in between our missions.  -----------------------

I'm on leave for the usual reason, bad grades = banning from the computer, so I sneak on randomly and went on leave because I didn't think that I'd be on enough by sneaking on. I guess I'll be off leave for just today, due to a snow day, so I'll be sitting at the computer all day long. As for Darkhawk, that is a good idea. There reason I created a party story was because I thought ppl would have more fun posting on it and would want to continue it.
