I started this quite a long while ago, and didn't get very far - but now its time to get it awnnn! The officers manual is a handbook for officers - specifically the veterans of the Navy. It is not a guide for command officers. It should talk about helping people, setting an example, CoC, etc etc. I need a lot of volunteers to help. You should be: A good writer Efficient Intelligent That pretty much covers everyone, so I don't want any exuses

Each section (about 7 - 10 sections?) will compose of about 500 - 1000 words, and maybe some pretty pictures. I'll talk to the volunteers about what they want to do, and advise them on what I think they should do. If you're not going to do this, don't bother volunteering. More info will come once I get 3 or 4 helpers. Oh, and I can almost definetly get a medal for the best contributors..

I will most certainly be glad to assist you in any way possible, fellow adjutant and officer.

But, first, you need to send me an e-mail and let me know what the heck is going on (if anything) with the VE Today. *salutes* (P.S. If you aren't an officer, don't volunteer to help write any of these sections, please. Graphics, web design, sure. But, please, use your common sense and realize that Bear wants senior officers to help write this, not newbies.
