Bush rules alright.. but not in the "Bush Rules!" way you feel Chip. Bush is not the brightest bulb in the world, america or even at his house. Actually the only things the Republicans actually run are the House and the White House. In the Senate, the Republicans do not have the ability to stop a filibuster therefore nothing will prolly happen. Most things require it to pass both the House and the Senate before going to the White house, and because they do not have 60 members in the Senate, nothing can be railroaded through without some form of bipartisan support behind it.
