Dear Fellow Vast Empirians,
It has come to my attention, that a very good way to get Imperial Credits is to play in compititions. But NOT all people in the vast empire are lucky enough to own these games. So I perpose to make an organization, a group, called the "Santa Gift Givers Group". This "Group", will take in donations from all Vast Empire members willing to give anything, and gives them to people just joining. There are other ways to make money, and no one will give to this stupid organization. Furthermore all organizations within th eVE must be cleared by the High Command, and I believe that they won't ok this idea, so drop it. And learn from some veterans, organizations within the Ve don't normally work too well, example the old Astral Guard. Now if you really want to do something great, start working on a random number generator so we can have a lottery, that would be good. I know we used to have one, but it has long since been dead. Or if you can think of a way to help the HC with organizing and creating a casino, that would be cool, but me thinks you can't program either so you're screwed. -----------------------

I dunno, I liked the Astral Guard idea. It is just that the people involved got too busy with other official positions.
Its "failure" was actually an example of a time of good activity within the VE.
As for the concept of a welfare organization in the Empire, I've got a couple paid ISB Inquisitors who want to have a word with you about your rebel sympathies. -----------------------

Older games like XWA, XvT, and JK don't cost that much nowadays. About 10 bucks. If you want to get some games, start with those. Other than that, playing pool works. Santa is on strike. -----------------------

It was a good idea, but I believe that was the same time I was promoted to NXO and accepted into the DJO, so things got busy really quick, and the Astral Guard faultered. I guess I'm to blame for that failing. -----------------------

It doesn't have to be cleared if it is unofficial. SO long as it is just individual members giving out their hard earned cash to newbies, that's fine. It won't have any official status, no pay, or part in the roster though, without clearance. And no-one is touching my credits.

There was a time when I actually wanted my money, but then Talon informed me that I wasn't allowed to buy any kind of Sith or Dark Jedi item from the store, and that only he could fly the Sith Interceptor (even though he's a Krath). *shrugs*

Here's a thought... instead of begging/moaning for ICs, do something worthwile to earn them. Make some bloody images, something along those lines. I never could stand people who beg in IRC for ICs, and I don't like it much more on a comnet either. If that's me being mean, oh well. umm... I remember the Santas Gift Givers thingy, that was your attempt at getting more money in mIRC that one day, funny havnt seen you sence, anyway, if you want money you dont have to bug ppl about it, you can politly ask themn once and if they say NO then leave them alone, i friggen quit that one day, in mIRC it was bad. if your santa , i see why none believe in Santa anymore. anyway, no money to n00bs if they ask, ulmost unconditionaly i wont give money to anyone un less i like them enough, so TOin me isnt going to get you any money. and then you can play games, ok the game costs $5, its figgen cheapman. the cool new games like NWN and Morrowind are like $60 and they arnt even MP. I dont kno, mabee im just blowing off steam from not having Net at home(Library Comp  ) but im not giving any1 my earned money unless they happen to empress me, not that i have very much money.100,000ICs i think
