By now you should have noticed that all other ComNets are locked. We are beginning what I'm calling Active Archiving. We are not cleaning the slate entirely. We are doing a much needed spring cleaning.
I have given Kadann my wishlist of things I need him for. We are going to make all of the old ComNet content easy to reach, but out of view. Your post count will remain. I know some of you wanted a cleaner slate, but this is what the VEHC has agreed upon unanimously.
This content will stay available for the simple reason that your VE history is still your VE history. Your ranks will stay and some of your jobs will stay. I will be writing a story to accompany the rebirth of the VE that will explain our adjustment of organization on the rosters. There may also be more adjustment of the rosters inbound. Kadann has finished setting up the ComNet archiving like the dapper gentleman that he is. For those that haven't noticed, near the top of the main ComNet page is this:
Archived ComNets
To view the archived ComNets, you will need to enter into Archived ComNet Viewing Only mode. You will be able to exit back into normal ComNet viewing mode at any time.
Enter Archived ComNet Viewing Only Mode
At the top of the page under the archive is a warning that you are viewing archived material and a link to return to active ComNet.
I will be moving our active ComNets back to their divisions in a bit. You'll see when that happens without me updating you.
