My guess would be that Stormz's permissions as NCC don't allow him to create new subforums outside of the Navy's forum section.

Fury may be able to move it if he makes an appearance.

I retain that ability. It is not currently possible to move an entire forum, but I can make the new one and move the forum's topics to it. Please provide a list of those that should have moderation privileges - I do not know who is currently heading things up.

I'm not sure anyone knows, really. The club sorta died, there, for a spell.

Might be worth getting all the former VEHC and Division leadership-types together, in Slack, to talk about what we each want to do for the club, now, and about how much time we each can devote to it. A lot changes, in two years.
