I believe a few folks check in periodically. I keep hoping there is enough interest to restart the whole bag of fun, but most of us have real life obligations.
Sites need refreshed and maybe trim down the storyline so new folks can pick it up easily, but gonna take some effort.

I'm kind of in the same boat as Fury. I don't really have the time to commit to full-on activity, but I might be able to help out a little here and there behind the scenes. I'm on winter break right now for about a month, so I've got some time until school starts again.

Yeah, I'm rapidly approaching 7 years.
Still, though, two members of that list joined this site before I turned 10 years old. And I turn 25 in mid February.

Well, I was going to school, then I was working for a while (really during my last stint of being active in the VE). In 2010 I went back to school again to actually finish my degree, which I did, and then started ANOTHER one (which took 3 years), looked for a job for a year, found nothing, and then started graduate school. So, yes, I've been a student most of my adult life. I've also had some affiliation with the VE most of my adult life. I turned 18 about a month before I joined the VE. I am now 32. Time's funny like that - it keeps moving. Unless you're going lightspeed (one of the degrees I got was in astrophysics, boom!). |
