I must say that was rather exhilarating to write, even at such a short post. I much prefer short posts for my type of writing. Both long, drawn out posts, and short, to the point ones have their place but I feel they complement each other. You can give off a sense of rush or tension by having a shorter one, where as a long post feels like a casual walk, or a feeling of suspense can be better created with long posts.
Anywho, I am now rambling! Can't wait to see the next post(s) so I may continue on with my (hopefully) 3rd post. Naval High Command

I may get a post up this weekend, Gorog. If not then my next post will be the official 'closing out the story' ending. In the meantime have at it! The Brilliant is just casually picking off stray enemies weaker than itself (so basically frigates and small cruisers) as it runs them down. And remember Gorog: Strill are in their own area of the battlefield, so until they get back to fleet no-one will know about Tinker, and even then it will probably just be scuttlebutt. That being said: use it to your advantage. Have fun!

I know that I hasn't quite been 24 hours since my last post, but I wanted to get it all in whilst the idea was fresh in my mind. Also not sure if I'm going to have much time to be around, so wanted to make sure it was posted before the end of the week. I've left out the details of the tailchase that Cresh left on purpose, so that Joamer can write that bit. Safe to say that we win that with no further casualties, though. Other than that, Cresh Flight are on their way back to Adjudicator. If you want to acknowledge their arrival, or something, Tryk, feel free: just don't kill them, eh?  Anyway, that's it for me. Not many posts for me, I'm afraid, unlike C: Death. Maybe during the next section of Chapter 9? EDIT: Just realised that I've now written 50 posts! Yay!
